Ordered on 30th December and, over a month later, I have been completely ignored despite multiple attempts to contact support.Order number: TS1621266This is not a delay issue — it’s a total lack of communication. Taking payment and then refusing to respond is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional.I expect this to be publicly acknowledged and fully resolved, not brushed off with a generic apology. I also expect a clear explanation for why I was ignored for over a month and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
I placed an order in December order number being TS1616682 I write a review on how it took nearly a month to come when the pre shipping was 9-12 days and I received the wrong size. A trapstar worker named deshawn said he will price a refund which should show on my account in the next 3-5 days however it is day 5 and no sign of a refund or email confirmation about a refund very unhappy!!Update I got a refund yet I was only refunded half the order even though I can’t physically wear the item at all so why haven’t I been refunded fully??New updateGot full refund👌Pretty satisfied no longer 1 star
Order TS1626093 & TS1626110Ordered a few items, however 2 of them needed to be sent back. I have emailed customer service first before returning the items, they took about a week to get back to me at which point I have already returned the items. I have no acknowledgement of them processing the return as of yet nor have I received my money back yet. I would like you to issue my refund as soon as possible
**order no: TSI1612321 ordered some clothes for Christmas presents in December, these eventually arrived in January and I need to return something. I’ve email and emailed and heard nothing about getting the return sorted. I was inclined to return it all as the quality isn’t a patch on what it used to be which is really sad 😔. Overall this has been the worst experience.

I’m updating due to help being offered and updates given I will update again once I get concrete info next.I have had multiple orders only one of which has had anything sent at all but still a split order. It’s the 26th now I have emailed Trapstar’s support multiple times only getting automated emails no human help.
