I returned an item at my expense as it did not fit (Christmas Gift) Have chased multiple times asking where my £60 refund is and i just keep receiving an automated response asking for the order number that i have already supplied. I had already waited months and months for this item. The whole experience has been utterly disappointing. Would not recommend. The customer support is shocking, well non existant..Edit...thank you for your reply. Order is 1586699. I did send an Instagram message and have just received a reply so will be happy to review my feedback on here once my issue is resolved. I appreciate your response.

Extremely disappointing experience. I placed this order on December 29 as a birthday gift and spent approximately $400. The order shipped on January 10 via DPD, but the courier held the package for four days due to missing shipment information. DPD repeatedly requested clarification from Trapstar and received no response. As a result, the package was marked for return to the sender with the following notice: “The description of goods on the invoice is inadequate. Awaiting information from the sender or receiver.”
I contacted Trapstar immediately via email and sent a follow-up email, neither of which received a response. I then reached out through Instagram and received a reply, but no resolution was provided. By this point, the birthday had passed and I had already purchased a replacement gift elsewhere. When I requested a cancellation and full refund, communication stopped entirely.
Based on the lack of customer support and failure to resolve a straightforward shipping issue, I would not recommend ordering from this company.

The next days have passed since the hero Deshawn sent me an email asking for trust and a change in the rating when the order arrives. Further zero contact, the order is still not sent. He only gets more emails with promotions from trapstar during which they sell goods that they don't have. I categorically advise against everyone to shop on this site because they are scammers. If I were you, Deshawn, I would be ashamed to sign these messages. You deceive people
Still waiting for my refund. Went through the bank for and chargeback and the bank cancelled and told me to go to the merchant and now trapstar are claiming that i have to go through the bank for a chargeback process which isn’t even being processed!!! Where is my refund!!!! My order number is TS1615134
Made a purchase of 5 items as a gift. 3 t shirts which have arrived but the 2 tracksuits have still not arrived. I have emailed several times with no response. My order was placed on 31st December and it’s nearly been a month. Order number is TS1623087. Please could I receive the outstanding order or get a refund as this is was meant to be a gift.
Would give this MINUS five stars if I could. Most unprofessional company I have ever ordered from online. Placed order two months ago, of course these scammers deducted the money from my account immediately- and then nothing. No response to any emails. Stay away at all costs, this company needs to get canceled. Edit to respond: if you actually checked your support email from time to time, you would know all my order details and contact history.
Placed an order on 14 January 2026 (Order TS1627907). Dispatch was stated as 7–12 days, but as of 28 January I’ve received no dispatch confirmation or delivery update.I have contacted via email but have not received a response. At this point, I would like a clear update on when my order will be delivered.
Ordering from Trapstar has been an all round disappointing experience. The order took ages to arrive (and so was late for my son's birthday). I have therefore tried to return the items but after four weeks, I have not received any refund. I have also tried to contact their customer services but even after two emails, I still haven't had a response.
