Awful experience! I returned an order to trapstar and have had confirmation from Royal Mail of them receiving my return 2 weeks ago. I am still yet to hear anything from the company regarding my return. Multiple emails to trapstar have been completely ignored. Avoid this company if you ever want to see your refund again. Absolutely terrible service!
Ordered two items on 31/7, as of 20/9 I have yet to receive anything from them, I’ve sent countless emails and tried their live chat multiple times, the only response I’ve got is an automated email. Never have issues with them up until now. All I can do is hope that eventually the clothes will come in but I will not be ordering from them ever again.
I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others after my recent experience. I ordered several items from this shop in JULY, and unfortunately, zero of them have been delivered. After trying to attempt to receive a refund for my order, I have just been receiving canned replies that led to nothing. One of the worst customer services I’ve used when ordering clothing online. No help whatsoever, but are quite happily to take my money.
By far the worst company I have ever ordered from. Doesn’t respond to emails, no way of contacting them for updates on my return. Luckily I payed through Klarna therefore I was able to report the return on there and had tracking otherwise I don’t think I would have got my money back. Will never order from here again, took months to get all my money back. For a known brand, they should be doing better customer service. 0/10
Waited 2 months still nothing so I told them to cancel my after sending them 1000 email they finally did it now I been waiting for refund nearly a month now for my refund nothing I’ve emailed them many times they keep airing me
Do not order!!! If I could give zero stars I would. My son ordered 3 t shirts costing £100 in total. All the same size. One doesn’t fit, completely different sizing to the rest despite being the same t shirt just a different colour and so returned (at a cost to us nonetheless). I have emailed, tried speaking to the live chat but no one responds. It’s been nearly a month since we returned the t shirt and now my son is down the £35 for the t shirt along with the cost of postage with nothing to show for it. Absolutely disgraceful company and I will never order from them again. Quality is awful, customer service is even worse. Save your money and ship elsewhere.
Please can everyone report to trading standards to have this business investigated. I have fallen victim to being scammed whereby they have refunded the £5 shipping fee and not the actual items therefore if you do not check your email or bank properly they are scamming thousands everyday for peoples mistakes.
