Review Time
Worst company I’ve had the misfortune to deal with. Order nowhere to be seen , no explanation where/when it might be delivered. After many emails still nothing,phone customer services (haha) no answer.I paid £150 for nothing and now I’m spending my time trying in vain to get it back .
Again like so many others, placed an order for a coat at the beginning of Dec despite their T&Cs stating 5-8 day delivery. Still waiting 4 weeks later. This was main Christmas present for my son. Avoid this company at all costs. I hope they go under when enough people read our reviews. I suspect they take orders on products yet to be manufactured. Greed drives their company ethics.
Slow delivery, poor sizing, non existent customer support. This brand really lets itself down as the actual quality of the goods is ok. Given the price tag you’d think they would sort out the things which are wrong. Exceptionally slow delivery and zero customer support. Waiting on a refund for an item returned because it was too small, item has been signed for yet still no refund. Chased customer support by e mail and instagram, nothing. Would not purchase from them again.
AVOID! Awful Customer Service! I ordered a jacket and 2 t-shirts for my son's Christmas presents on 8th December. The latest expected delivery date was 19th December. I received them on 30th December so had to buy my son alternative gifts. I had chased up the order on 20th December after it hadn't arrived by the expected date, only to receive a generic response on **10th January** (11 days AFTER receiving the order) advising that my order would be with me soon. I had already returned the order which was signed for by them on 5th January - after 2 emails and a phone call, I'm still awaiting acknowledgement of the return and have not received my money back. Trapstar used the Christmas post as an excuse for the delay in delivery. I foolishly put my trust in them again and placed another order on 5th January which I am still waiting to receive and have heard nothing about. The most disorganised, unprofessional company I've EVER used. DO NOT GO NEAR.....They clearly don't care about their customers whatsoever..#Edit- I have just received notification of my refund#
I did have alot of issues with trapstar, delivery and dispatch was late.They do need to drastically improve their customer service skills as at the moment it's not existent.My sons coat I bought for Christmas was due to be sent to me on the 28th December but didn't arrive until the 4th, the coat is fantastic quality, heavy and thick. You maybe waiting a little while for your goods but they do eventually arrive and it is worth the wait,so my advice is order well in advance.Also they send tracking information for the wrong company, use your tracking code on Dpd
If I could give zero rating I would. Pre-ordered on 15th OCT for Nov delivery. Nothing arrived, then told product lost at sea, nothing they can do. Cancel order and money not refunded! Now having to get bank involved to get my £175! Customer service awful, rude and tell you nothing. This business is going to fail. Utter wasters to treat people the way they do. STAY WELL CLEAR!!!
