I accidentally booked the wrong carpark. It's a minor thing but still nearly £15 and small print stipulates all sales are final. I explained the situation, they cancelled and refunded me immediately. I used the online chat service. Thank you for a positive interaction.
Anika the support person was very helpful and sorted the problem but finding the live chat was difficult and I spent hours trying to find the answer with questions and answer pages which couldn't help because they are tailored to people with a general question. Live Chat as no-one uses phones to speak anymore should be on the front screen clearly displayed to help. Sadly when paper tickets were just emailed out it was a faster and easier system for the consumer, as paper copies or emails don't tend to disappear. If I were older I would have given up and just ended up not going and losing my money! plus I still have no idea why my tickets disappeared from the app and if it happens again before the event which is months away I will be extremely angry at having to go through this all again.
I’ve been trying for over a month to get help from AXS regarding All Points East, where my partner (who’ll be 32 weeks pregnant on the day) is attending with me. We’ve asked simple, reasonable questions about whether there’s any flexibility around seating or toilet access given the medical context, even offering to pay for an upgrade if it would help.Instead, we’ve had:Irrelevant and copy-pasted replies, one even referred to a completely different event (BST Hyde Park);No clear answer on whether any upgraded zones would offer more comfort or support;No guidance at all on how to upgrade, what the cost might be, or if it would even make a difference.We’re not asking for special treatment, just a bit of common sense and clarity so we can plan ahead properly. So far, that’s been totally lacking.Leaving this review in the hope someone senior at AXS takes notice and actually provides a helpful, event-specific response before the day arrives.
