on multiple occasions, I have had total unfair chances at getting tickets. for example, a couple of months ago, I was trying to buy tickets for Gracie Abrams. while doing so, eveytime I had a ticket in my basket, I would get kicked out and called a bot even though I ws only using one device with one tab. and also again tonight, I had Billie Eilish tickets in my basket, I was trying to pay for them and I put all my card details in an it kept saying the payment couldn't be done, even though EVERYTHING was correct and I had them tix in my basket the second they dropped and the fact axs allows multiple people to t tickets in baskets when everyone his trying to pay is unfair. it should be a matter of whoever gets them in their basket first will attempt to pay. this is a clear show of axs being money hungry and not caring about their customers experience. and I get the betting part but it isn't even stopping any bots, and 9 times out of 10 the person being botted is a real fan just trying to see their favourite artist live which axs isn't allowing due to pure greed. absolutely ridiculous.

Bought tickets for BST Hyde Park ELO show on AXS UK ticket resale website. Show was cancelled but I have not been refunded. AXS never emailed me with order details and didn't mail any update to advise show was cancelled. My ticket purchase does not even show on my AXS account. When I looked into the time when the show was officially announced as cancelled it was 3pm, yet AXS were still selling tickets hours later when I purchased. Absolutely dreadful service from AXS. They are happy to take money then do nothing else. Thankfully I have screen shot of my purchase taken of my online purchase. How do I get a refund? **Latest Update** As soon as my review was posted by Trustpilot, AXS reached out to me and issued a refund straight away. Fair play to AXS, they did resolve, however it took me posting to this review platform before AXS actioned a refund. Because AXS were very quick resolving, I've upgraded my review from 1 to 4 stars.
Joe was really helpful in aiding me when I was unfortunately incorrectly identified as a bot. He kept me updated with regular emails to let me know how everything was progressing and managed to solve my problem quickly and effectively!
Useless service trying to recoup my money from a concert that has been postponed for over year now is 135 quid that I am now short and just keep getting told I have to wait till it’s rescheduled not good enough as it’s not our fault that the gig was postponed
