Accessing the app wasn’t simple

I had bought flower show tickets using AXS UK. Luckily I tried to add parking a week before the event. Luckily because I then realised I couldn’t access the AXS app. I contacted customer services, who were helpful but still took 4 days exchanging messages with me before they managed to resolve the issue. This was 3 days too long from my perspective.

No payment for resold tickets

I bought tickets for Jimmy Carr at Wolverhampton Halls but couldn’t attend I resold the tickets but have never received payment despite AXS help saying they have paid me. Contacted my bank but they have no record of payment. AXS have now received 2 payments for one lot of tickets! Really bad experience would buy tickets from elsewhere if possible. Following the above review I was contacted by a member of AXS support team who got the issue resolved for me , that experience was good but it took some resolve on my part to get this sorted in the end, others may not have pursued it further.

Tickets issued in wrong name

Tickets issued in wrong name. Unable to contact customer services. After posting on trustpilot, I was contacted and new tickets issued. Unfortunately their online customer services chat doesn’t work properly.

All was solved in the end

I can’t find my ticket on your app. How do I book parking? A frustrating experience.A day later………Like so many others I had a problem accessing my ticket. Joe, from the company was very helpful. Thankfully the problem was solved.

Terrible booking agent

Update:Order no. 1023328731. Please speak to me by phone today. BTW, same problems as last year.Staff don’t read and act on what’s asked when written down or when spoken! They’re also very difficult to contact especially when organising accessibility requirements. Phone number I was given by staff member cuts off.

Complaint

Ordwrcref: 1022919682 Ticket said to arrive by 6pm and to meet in the foyer. I and everyone else who had vip m&t ticket had to wait until 18:50 before being allowed to enter, only to queue again to be 'checked in'. We then had to wait again in the main foyer! Hadctonwaitvanotherv30nins before being ushered outside, then inside. Missed the start of the supoort act also as a result
