I just had a really good experience

I just had a really good experience but didn't catch the name!! I think it was Ashkar but so sorry if that's wrong. He was so helpful, helped me get into my account after I was being identified as a bot. I was so stressed because I've got 2 events this weekend, and the email reset was coming through to me. But he managed to get it sorted super quick and was super friendly. Thanks so much!

I hadn’t received my event tickets so contacted live chat. Turns out I mis-typed my email when ordering tickets but Sundas merged my 2 emails and sorted it out quickly.

prepare for Brighton Pride to test your patience

ngl probably the last time I'll ever order a ticket with AXS for Brighton Pride the experience is RIDICULOUSLY DIFFICULT, but theres no other way to get a ticket. Their website is trying to stop ppl mass buying tickets and stop bots - which is fair, however in doing so it thinks everyone is a bot, youre stuck on "your internet connection isnt strong" , "your session timed out", "prove youre not a robot", i have tried in safari, firefox, on my mobile phone and it just loops you over and over, im just trying to buy a goddam ticket. Tickets arent transferable either so forget about buying one for ya mates, they have to go through this nonsense too. its just not worth the effort, plus the price you see isnt the price u pay, they will add service fee, transaction fee, and a chartible donation that you cant opt out of which all adds about £13 to the price of a ticket. also no chance of getting through to cust service, you have to try and get a chat bot to help you on AXS website so yh u can imagine how helpful that pile of turd is. not worth the effort!
