too slow

too slowconfused axs account with RHS account - it should be clear that and AXS account is required.I tried my RHS log in details and, not surprisingly, they didn't work.and why do I have to use american date format to submit this?

ITS ALL ABOUT THE STAFF

Fantastically helpful person on phone. Totally resolved changing tickets to another day and did it efficiently and kindly. I probably wouldn’t have had to phone if the website was simpler. Overcomplicated.

Great come back !

The young lady that contacted me replying to my email , via email and a telephone call and called me back when requested ! could not of been more helpful and polite .my problem was resolved ! My only frustration the contact numbers do not work this needs to be documented on the AXS support pages .

BOT is going in?

I can't book tickets because the site says I'm a bot and it wants to make things fair for other fans. I'm a 40 year old woman trying to buy two tickets to an RHS flower show?!!
