Just bought 2 tickets for 80s in Hull, ( cost £64) quick purchase online but of course the usual add on booking fees, purchase fees made it an extra £15.25

Bullied by Security

On the evening of July 4, 2025 I purchased two VIP tickets for Solid Pink Disco with DJ Trixie @ Exhibition White City. During the show a security guard came up next to me and moved me out of the way stating she wanted to enjoy the show and wanted my spot. The woman moved me and my friend aside and advised me this was her spot now. She hovered over my friend and I dancing and after 30 minutes I left the venue. When asked why we were moved she stated she was trying to enjoy the show. I have never been treated so poorly by staff at an event. This ruined the whole show.

Very frustrating experience.

Bought tickets for RHS Hampton Court. After struggling with the process a helpful lady talked me through the procedure. Before leaving home I checked the tickets were showing on the app. All good. However when I arrived at the gate for my tickets to be scanned, the screen was blank. The helpful man who was hoping to scan my tickets was unable to find them on the app. Eventually, like countless others I was directed to the ticket office where the friendly team asked for my name and printed off tickets for me. A really frustrating experience which greatly slowed down the entrance to the show. Here's hoping RHS don't use AXS in the future.

RHS, stop using them

I have already left a review for this company on another Trustpilot account in its name, but that one is full of terrible one star reviews. I tried to book tickets and parking for an RHS show. Three times it told me I was a bot and threw me out. In the end I tried splitting up the order which seemed to work, but what a useless system. Also they do not issue etickets you have to download their app which I have no confidence in as their website is so flaky. Hopefully I will be able to access my tickets on the day.RHS you need to change ticketing provider.
