Awful Tickets did not arrive in the app.No one to contact to trace the ticketsSpent hours trying to contact someone. Spent hours with the chat robot who could not help and kept sending us around in a loop. This is a dreadful app and does not work properly. I’ve used it for other events and it’s been okay occasionally but generally speaking it is not consistent which is a real problem when booking a lot of tickets for a lot of people for an event. If you want to waste a lot of time, use this app. The real problem is that one has no choice. It is forced upon us and I really don’t know how that fits with customer service.
We purchased 5 tickets for the Billy Joel concert at Anfield (20 June 2026), which has since been cancelled. Four of the tickets (£572.50) were refunded after a month — however, the fifth ticket (£145), purchased in a separate transaction, has still not been refunded.Despite repeated attempts to contact AXS UK via their support form and live chat, we’ve received only automated responses, with no resolution or human contact. There is no phone support, and it’s incredibly frustrating not to get help on a time-sensitive financial issue.AXS is holding onto money for a cancelled event, which is unacceptable. This experience has been stressful and disappointing. Rating: TerribleI feel completely scammed by AXS UK. I attempted to purchase "2025 Rogue Invitational - 3 Day Weekend Tickets" directly from their website (as clearly stated at the top of the purchase page, which I have screenshots of). My intention was to secure a full weekend pass.However, after completing the purchase, I discovered I had been sold a single-day ticket. At no point during the selection or checkout process was it explicitly stated or made clear that the ticket I was buying was for only one day. The entire flow, starting from a page titled "Weekend Tickets," was incredibly misleading.To make matters worse, I later confirmed that The Rogue Invitational event has not even released one-day tickets for 2025. This means AXS's website was actively presenting and selling a "one-day" ticket under the guise of a "weekend ticket" on a resale platform, which is fundamentally deceptive.When I contacted customer support (Ticket #11532316), I was given the runaround, told I couldn't get a refund because it was a "resale" ticket (despite the initial misleading purchase), and then informed I couldn't even resell it myself. Their support was unhelpful, directing me in circles and refusing to acknowledge the severe flaw in their website's user experience that led to this incorrect purchase.I am now stuck with an unusable ticket for an event I cannot attend as intended, all due to AXS's misleading website design. This is not a standard refund request; this is about being deceived into an incorrect purchase.Be extremely cautious when buying tickets from AXS, especially for "weekend" passes or through their resale platform. Their website can be highly misleading, and their customer service is unwilling to rectify errors caused by their own platform.
I was sending an emails after emails about my refund yes yes I can have it which was brilliant, but it took three weeks before it came back and I get stressed because I don’t know if I was having it or not but a problem that you were good
Trying to speak to a human is impossible when you have a concert in a week.I have phone tickets but need them changing as the tickets are for my elderly parents who don’t have a smart phone and I’m getting no where.Hope I never use AXS ever again
I find it quite absurd that I had to choose different seats from the ones I selected because one seat would have been left empty. I can kind of understand when there's plenty availability, but not when there are only you few seats left
