I cannot get hold of anyone and chat bot keeps going around in circles !! The tickets are not showing in the app despite the fact I have followed all instructions !!****I'm pleased to confirm Ihave received call from AXS who have put my mind ar rest and resolved the tickets issue **07072025 - Musa called me from customer services and re assured me all was well just glitches with the APP , I have since recieved tickets and the instructions on where to go for the VIP and Meet and Greet so hopefully all is now well , I would happily give Musa a 5 Star review for her personal service and follow up but the App is still poor and the Caht Bot is useless , I also tried to follow the review link on the cloud but that also failed to load so they need to sort out the App because it falls a long way short of Ticket master , as they are representing a premier venue in Birmingham the system needs to function better or customer services will be inundated
Once I finally got through to an actual human being, and after many attempts over a period time trying to explain my issue to a chat bot, I had a brilliant result. Your colleague dealt with my problem via email and eventually resolved the issue.
