The whole set was very poor1. The instructions of trying to download the AXA appt for a person who is not experienced with technology was not fool proof. It needed assistance from a person who is literate with technology.2. Accessing the website to book parking tickets was also frustrating for in experienced person.3. I would be very hesitant to book any further RHS Garden shows if this is the way forward.
Difficult to get hold of someone, no response via email but thankfully they monitor their twittter and are prompt on there however I think it is important to still be able to reach a contact point by email or phone for those who do not use social media
Last ditched attempt at getting hold of someone. I have tried to be connected to a agent through the chat facility numerous times, never available within business hours, haven't answered my query on the email and all the numbers are disconnected. Such a shame because great app/experience up to now when I have a problem. The tickets we bought stated 1.30 start time. Now it's an evening event?! I cant sell or transfer my tickets or even speak to anyone. I have been mis sold an event which I cannot attend. Ticket no. 11542192. Please respond ASAP
I just want to say a great big thank you to the team at “Vitilan Support”. Recently I made an absolute mess of trying to order a bike from their website. The people at Vitilan were very helpful in sorting out my problem. A problem which was totally my own fault. They were very helpful and, more importantly, very understanding.
