Impossible to use

Impossible to use. Flagged as bot before even logging in, flagged again due to fraudulent card details (supposedly), flagged again for weird IP. I'm convinced that AXS does not want to sell tickets. Supposedly staff are looking into my issue, but with the ongoing internal lack of communication between departments I highly doubt I will ever get a resolution to my issues and will just have to go to the venue itself to buy a ticket instead.
