Review Time
I did not like the fact that I tried numerous times to buy my tickets on-line only to be told time and again that my session had expired. I could not understand this as getting to that page was quick so how can it be expired. I found it very frustrating and annoying.the only way I could buy my tickets was over the phone and thankfully the person I spoke to was very helpful.
Order #1180286150Terrible customer service.I cannot access my tickets on the mobile app, which is needed to enter the venue. I've installed and uninstalled the app numerous times but still no luck. You cannot actually speak to a human representing this company and all that happens is they refer you the the FAQ's! I still cannot access my tickets, cannot speak with anyone about it and therefore cannot attend the concert which I've paid for. I will never use this cowboy company again!!
Once I finally got over the fact there was no UK Contact Telephone number, I joined the chat queue (number 49), and waited for about 20 minutes and once I was greeted by the assistant, the issue was resolved in a matter of minutes. Panic over, it was just a spelling mistake on my address which was spotted and rectified. I appreciate these companies are busy with lots of contact and so I don't mind waiting, as long as they are thorough and efficient once you are connected, and these guys were!
Had an excellent experience booking tickets with the accessibility team at Eventim Apollo, Hammersmith. The gentleman I spoke with went above and beyond - he was exceptionally patient and understanding of my neurodivergence. Not only was he polite and knowledgeable, but he also took extra time to search for information beyond his standard duties. He explained everything thoroughly and made the booking process comfortable. Really appreciate this level of customer service. Successfully booked tickets for December's show and can't wait to attend. 5/5 stars for outstanding accessible customer support.
The experience with AXS chat was truly awful and very stressful with no one reading what the actual problem was or understanding and just repeating stock answers and me getting blocked as a bot for trying what they told me to do too many times. However once I was in contact with Farah in customer support she answered my questions quickly and understood and sorted the problem and her communication was prompt and easy to understand. Thank you so much Farah you are a star. For anyone else with a similar problem getting a log in when they try and access tickets in the app, it is to do with AXS log in so reset the AXS password and it should hopefully work.
