Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Had a family situation and lost my job too and they wouldnt give me a refund. Most other companies would. Money hungry greedy c6nts. Wont be using them ever again. Their online chat service was horrible too..one agent disconnected cause they didnt want to deal with my query..the other agent then had no customer service manners was very rude. Avoid

Even though I was put through to an online chat support the answers were quite clear and did seem to understand what I required for finding out about my sold tickets payment (some don't always) When I asked for a timescale for resolution I was given this and when I asked what I should do if payment not received then an email was provided for follow up support if required.
