I would not recommend this company. They are unresponsive to email inquiries. I contacted them to request a pricing adjustment after they sent the promised coupon code only after I had already placed my order, but they refused to honor it. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, I received no response. Save your money—there are other, more trustworthy companies available.
It's an amazing tripod and is definitely my go-to now. Lightweight, comes with a high quality carrying bag, and is the most versatile tripod I've ever used or have seen so far, especially at this price point. The built in Uka Quick Release mechanism is implemented so well and has such a sleek design, I recently purchased multiple Ulanzi Uka Quick Release Plate and Base Kit C007 for my other tripods and lights.
I placed this order on November 2, 2025, eight days ago, and since then, I have received NOTHING... no order update, no tracking number, and certainly no product. I have been left completely in the dark.I sent an initial email asking for clarification and was met with total radio silence. After waiting DAYS with no response, I followed up with a second, firmer email demanding an immediate refund, and guess what? Still nothing. Zero communication. It is unbelievable that a company that sells seemingly good products (judging by the reviews) can have such utterly CRAP customer service.You clearly have my money, but you cannot be bothered to send a single status update or even acknowledge my refund request. This isn’t just a delay; it's a profound failure of basic business operations.Ulanzi: I demand an immediate and full refund for order ULANZI164493. Do not send the product; just process the return of my funds now. This experience has been a complete waste of time.
I placed an order on the 22nd of October, I’ve requested to cancel and I’ve had no reply or anything thankfully the money is still pending. I wish I seen the reviews on this company before I purchased. Please reply to the email that I’ve sent and give me my refund, please and don’t send product out.
