Ordered the ma60 mini tripod for my iPhone and I also have the lm19. Perfect combination for vlogging, selfies etc. looking forward to future Ulanzi products. I love how compact the tripod is and leave it on my phone for that impromptu video/photo session. 😉
Fast delivery with good packaging. THe product itself lacks a little bit of usability (MA38). If the hoolder could rotate that would be nice but the phone can only be attached ni a 0 or 180° angle.But the make is great, the materials are fine
The device didn't work from the start. Customer service took a long time to contact me. Each subsequent email asked the same question, to which I provided information. I sent a video of the device, which didn't work immediately after removing it. I tested it with two computers and different cables. Instead of sending information about a return, because I wanted the device to work, nothing happened.
I own several Ulanzi products, once again I am very happy with the quality of the new ball head. I have an Arca Swiss ball head and the Ulanzi function just as well at a small fraction of the cost. It is small enough to be used on my travel tripod. I have come to trust their quality and will not hesitate to buy more Ulanzi products.
Order ULANZI160017Placed an order for a tripod and a cage a week ago.Got my cage but my tripod hasn't been shipped since then.Tried emailing them twice, but got no response.This was a shame because I was traveling within the US, now I need to find a way to ship it to Dubai which is where I live.I also bought their other tripod off amazon the tt38 as a replacement because I need to run my business, the tripod they sent me was broken.Kinda ridiculous, I was hoping to invest completely into their systems but at this point things are comical
