My package out for delivery 4 days, today they finally tried to deliver it and it’s saying “delivery failing” because “consignee is not available”, lol, of course, I was at work, another companies before never had problem to deliver package to me, but uniuni have, now it’s a second attempt for delivery and I feel I need to wait another 4 days when they will be in a mood for delivery, it’s insane, scam company!
Website won't submit a ticket. They phone whays they are open at 10am EST but I get hung up on every time after they give their lie about being open at 9am PST (we are 3 hours behind). They allegedly "attempted" to deliver but who knows where they tried to deliver it too. Everyone needs to stop using this company.
The absolute WORST delivery service ever!! Packages are never delivered. Pictures provided are not of correct residence, after multiple replacements were issued. Customer service is a joke and offers no help other than nonsense emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
the worst "last mile" service I experienced (And I work in the logistics industry and know quiet a lot of them.I purchased something on eBay and shipper claimed that eBay suggested the UniUni service. UniUni never delivered with the "the address is undeliverable" and it package went back to their warehouse and would try again within 10 days. I live in central NJ for now approx 20 years and never had an issue with deliveries from UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, Amazon, Uber etc. It's a regular 1 family house in between dozens of others built in the 60's and easy to spot on Google maps etc. After contacting their support service they only told me they can't deliver and that they close the support ticket I opened and wrote "We hope the problem is solved" I demanded to get a call from them, nothing.
I had a very bad experience with this delivery company. They delivered my package empty. The package had been opened, the contents were taken out, and then they wrapped the empty packaging in plastic and marked it as delivered. This is unacceptable and very dishonest.
Terrible delivery service, the workers don't want to go to the door of the house and leave the packages anywhere!!!, of course someone else stole my packages I'm too disappointed in addition to the bad service inside the packages there were things of great value!!!! DO NOT SEND WITH THIS AGENCY!!! YOUR WORKERS DON'T DO THEIR JOB WELL!!!!!
I ordered a prop for a Halloween costume on October 12 through Walmart.com. I got a text when I was home from UniUni saying "Sorry we missed you." They didn't attempt to contact me by phone, text, my door buzzer, etc. when supposedly making this attempt. Walmart.com has a tracking link with 17Track, another sus sounding company I've never heard of. 17Track says UniUni couldn't deliver my package because they don't have a phone number, even though they can text me to say I wasn't home. I had no way of knowing my order would ship through this scam of a shipping company or that my item was actually shipping from China.
DO NOT ORDER IF THE RETAILER USES UNI delivery service. The driver stole my package i ordered a 100$ dress and she had the audacity to take a photo then run off. inside was a dirty towel and perfume this is completely unacceptable and beyond theft at this point.
My experience with Uni Uni has been an absolute disaster. There was only one so-called delivery attempt, but no one ever called, rang the buzzer, or showed up at my address, which is clearly listed in full. Now my tracking says the package is being sent back to the warehouse to “rearrange delivery” in 24–48 hours — but there’s no clear update or communication about what’s actually happening.I spent over an hour on hold just to reach customer service, and when I finally got through, they had no idea about the delivery status or when it would be resolved. The chatbot is useless and only gives automated replies.Overall, terrible service — no accountability, no communication, and no effort to deliver the package properly.
