Review Time
I am very appaled by this company. I recieven an email delivery confirmation of a photo showing the driver in their car handing my package to some random guy on the street. They just rolled down their window and said hey do you want this. Wtf! I have spend a week of trying to get this resolved but they have no interest on assisting the situation. They do not even have a way to track which driver had which packages so they can't confirm if there is any driver thefts. This is not my first negative with uniuni delivery but this is the first time I wasn't able to retrieve my package.
I have had my packages "undeliverable" due to either "wrong address" or "Failed delivery" because they don't want to come to my place and instead go to the front office, which is not allowed at my place, and they can't speak English to let them know they have to bring it to me. If and when I do get my packages, they're delivered REALLY late at night, like past 9 pm. I don't understand how they are still in business and why they are still being used.
Probably the worst delivery service that I've dealt with. Even worse than FedEx. They constantly deliver to the wrong address and then take a picture of the correct parcel box but then leave the package on the ground or in the neighbors yard. I have had packages literally blow away never to be found.
If i have a negative rating, i would give to these pathetic thieves called UNIUNI, UNI bunch of thieves using rouges as delivering people. They took a picture and I couldn't find my package at the door, only to come here and see that so many people have the same issues. This is all shades of dishonesty from this company
Wish there was a 0 star review. Left our package at our driveway entrance 100+ ft away from our covered front door. Had to wade through the tracking to actually find the pictures they took. Current weather conditions = heavy rain. Suspect this company will not survive.
Horrible service. State delivery failed at 2:21 am to a residential address, no second attempt to deliver and I don't believe there was ever a first. Closed customer service tickets without resolution. Have opened three with no resolution. Have spend 20+ hours on the telephone with them only to have them tell me it will be delivered but no new tracking or other information given. Please eveyone, STOP USINIG THIS COMPANY
I would give them a zero if that was possible. So many problems with my delivery, and nobody at the company seems to care. They keep canceling my problem ticket without any action. I finally got the item, but every delivery instructions was ignored. And the driver argued with me!
On September 6, 2025, I ordered an artsy shirt from Korsina.com for my adult son's October 16 birthday. It never arrived and my requests for refund were ignored. Korsina used UniUni for deliver and they never delivered and ignored my follow up. These have behaved like scam sites and I recommend people not use either. There will likely be a response to my posting that they are looking into the situation, but nothing comes of it. AVOID!
This company should not exist! It simply shouldn't! Every three days, they send me an email saying "failed delivery attempt". I called and gave them everything...Apt no., buzzer no., cell no., and they keep "failing" to deliver somehow! It's because of companies like this that I hesitate to buy online from anywhere other than Amazon. Somehow, the always deliver!
