Their chat function does not work. Every time i put in the tracking number the bot repeats itself and requests it again until the bot closes the conversation… while trying to use their forum to submit email support responses they state they cant accept an email address for gmail.com or outlook.com… these are very common platforms for email addresses and extremely frustrating that i cant reach out to them. I will be avoiding them at all costs indefinitely
Delivery driver set the package about 18 inches inside of a gate after hours. The package was promptly stolen. Could have at least tossed it a few feet further in, or you know, delivered to the door during normal business hours. Only got a chat bot to respond - no live rep.
Never experienced anything like this they delivered my package to the wrong address and took pictures for confirmation, clearly you can see my address on the package and clearly you can see the WRONG ADDRESS ON THE HOUSE THAT MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED TO, totally unacceptable just to see the pictures of my package with my address and to see the picture of the WRONG house with the address in bold black numbers terrible service!
After many years of using a legit shipper, iHerb.com decided to save a few bucks by switching to uniuni. Disastrous. They claimed to have delivered my package but of course there was no package and no photo. Based on other reviews the photo would be meaningless anyway since the driver could simply load the box back into the vehicle and drive off with it. Huge hassle at iHerb getting help. Their chatbot linked me to uni to file a complaint but the message back was they need 48 hours - and maybe more! - to respond to the ticket. iHerb is also on my S-list now. No human help.
Rating this company with a 1/5 is too generous because they deserve a zero. How about company like this even stays in business is beyond me and I hope that changes soon so no one ever has to experience their terrible service again. I ordered contact lenses online, with a month and a half supply of daily contacts left at home. I thought that should be plenty to get me through until my new order of contacts come in. But since uni uni was automatically selected as the carrier, I could not have been more wrong. The parcel reached my city after a week, where they then couldn't figure out my address (even though it's pretty much their only job and something a 6 year old can do). They then brought my parcel back to their warehouse where it has been sitting, collecting dust, for over a month since then. After about 30 calls with uni uni and receiving the same useless answers, I decided to just directly call Contacts Express. They answered the phone immediately and are sending a new order through FedEx, free of charge. Resolved my problem within 5 minutes. Almost forgot what its like to deal with actual professionals. Thanks uni uni... better make sure I never use them as a carrier again.Oh and ps: I have been wearing the same pair of daily contacts for over 2 weeks to avoid being completely blind and have had to order a pair of glasses which cost me almost $400. All because Uni Uni is incapable of doing the one thing that is expected of them.
The worst delivery scam ever. They never deliver your packages. They either make a false claim that they delivered it or they say it's in a warehouse that's nonexistent. Customer service is clueless, elevating complaints to no one. And they leave fake deliver pictures from an entirely different state.
