My parcel was not delivered

My parcel was not delivered. There was "proof" of delivery in a form of a picture in my email, which is a blurred out image of nothing at all. I was not contacted on my phone as I was not at home at all and also no signature was given since nobody was home.

This company should be closed

This company should be closed! It's just that packages delivered by the post office are delivered faster! For the second time in a row my package was sorted incorrectly, which is why I will receive it with a delay again because they can't send the package correctly! I paid extra for next day delivery (domestic delivery) and I will not receive it until after the weekend, because of their mistake! I simply do not recommend them because this is not the first time something like this has happened

Daylight robbery!

I needed my parcel to be delivered from Ireland to Zimbabwe. I had to pay for another 100 USD extra for my bag to be released by them after shipmment yet such costs were not communicated to me prior my engagement with them.Had I known I would have considered other providers.Daylight robbery! and the team in Zimbabwe is very unproffessional!

they dont even try deliver

they said they attempted to deliver but no one was home. yet I work from home and also have door bell camera so no attempt was made. trying to contact someone is painful and when I finally got through I was told someone one would contact me in one hour which I know this won't happen. my package has been sent to a local depot for me to collect . this isn't possible for me to get to which is why I make sure I am at home for deliveries

Entirely inefficient delivery service

1. They delivered without notice. There was an illegible picking up point name, no address, no time within which the package had to be picked up. 2. I immediately phoned and after a 15 minute wait, got an agreement the package would be delivered on the Monday. 3. I waited in all day Monday. No delivery. 4. Late in the day I phoned again, 23 minutes waiting and finally getting through. I have names and dates and times of calls. 5. I was assured someone would phone me within the hour. No one phoned me AT ALL, let alone within the hour. 6 Having then complained to the supplier, I was informed that the package had been sent back to the supplier. 7. There was reference to me at ANY point, no emails, no phone calls/texts

Shame I cant give a zero stars

Shame I cant give a zero stars. Parcels dumped by roadside at bottom of track. No attempt made to deliver. Will be letting sender know so that they can use a different courier in future

A parcel delivAnother crappy companyered to my door

A parcel delivered to my door, placed on wet concrete, Momo signs that the item is not waterproof, placed on its side despite signs to place it in one direction, 2 people in the house and the delivery man did not deign to press either of the 2 doorbell buttons or knock, leaving a parcel worth over €500 at my door a metre from the pedestrian walkway, not knowing if anyone was at home on a day when the weather forecast predicted rain, this is a mockery, not a courier service!!! I would like to remind UPS that the law states that: "the parcel must be delivered to the indicated person at the indicated address:!!! not dropped off at some door!

Brutal service

Van driver never turned up, yet marks the delivery as no one at home. I called the office and was told I would receive a call in an hour. Two hours later I call and the agent can't even speak English. I still haven't received my parcel.

Useless

Useless. Every package that comes with UPS is delayed. All the other courier companies are able to get packages delivered on time. That's 3 out of 3 that came late, an impressive strike rate by anyone's standard.
