I had a outstanding balance to pay for one of my parcel and paid online two days back and the transaction still on pending. Try to contact customer service never able to reach them. Worst experience ever.

To change delivery you need to be enrolled to some fancy club, even though i spent an hour trying to do that, i was receiving some error messages all the time and I couldn’t do it. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service, you just try to do simple thing and no help or anything in your reach. Will never buy anything online again if ups will be listed as delivery service! How awful this is!

We called but no one was at home

Folks, UPS are pack of liars and full of bullshit. An arrangement was made to pick up parcels from my house. I waited all day yesterday and then I got an email to say that they visited and no one was home which wasn't true. I rearranged for the following day(today) and they did the exact same thing. So twice they said they'd called but no one was home which is complete lies because i wasted my time by waiting here all day on both occasions. I can guarantee you this, anyone i get the chance to talk to even if the conversation is not about couriers I will do my best to mention the disgraceful service provided while talking the opportunity to use trustpilot to maximise the message of this deceitful service.

UPS are the worst delivery service in ireland I've had hundreds of deliveries from this company and every single delivery has been delayed no joke they're so unreliable, please stop using this company to deliver my parcels. I'd give zero stars if I could

Please do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all times. The package will not be delivered on time and they themselves won’t even know where the package is. I paid over $130 to receive the package in 3 days but it’s been over 1 week now and still no update. I keep getting an email that it will be delivered this day and then with no notice the day later I have to call and they say they don’t even know when I will receive the package.

Long delay

Okay my package came from Germany to Ireland and it took only 2 days and the latest update on my package was on import scan on the 5/03/25 at Dublin. Its now the 20th. Holy crap. 15 days of waiting. I know there's delays affecting everything but I don't see any of them affecting deliveries in ireland. My package was scheduled to be delivered on the 6th by ups via email but no luck. I just hope i don't have to wait a month or over that for it.

UPS (Unbelievably Poor Service)

I have come to the conclusion that UPS stands for Unbelievably Poor ServiceI have now reached the stage where if UPS is the courier for my online purchase, I don't buy - even if it's something that I really like. I have also cancelled an order because of the extremely poor service that is 'provided', and I use that term very looselyBetween deliveries getting lost, incorrect information logged online (e.g. delivery was attempted but the receiver wasn't available) and the general sense of couldn't care less, they really are a company to avoidUnfortunately, for some online purchases, UPS is the only service available in Ireland - that must lead to lost revenue and additional discounts having to be given to dissatisfied customersTypically, I'm not a fan of negative reviews but, in this case, it's the only option available
