Absolutely horrible people on the phone. The delivery driver is couldn’t be arsed to ring a doorbell, to do his job. I’ve rescheduled my delivery twice now. Today the customer service literally told me to stay on the line till my package is delivered tomorrow.
So I ordered a couple of items, the seller said UPS would be delivering my parcel,On Monday the 17th I got an email to say it would be delivered on the 18th by end of day,At 7.30pm (end of day) I get an email to say that the delivery was delayed and won't be delivered until the 20th now.If it's going to take an extra 2 days to deliver my package they must have known earlier today and they could have let me know so I could have let the person at home waiting on the package to go about there day,Now I have to arrange someone to stay in again on Thursday and even at that I am not confident that the package will arrive,Not a good experience and if I have a choice I will never use this company again, and how in this day and age can a company have a rating of 1.2 out of 5 and company's still using them, it makes the sellers look bad.
Terrible delivery was expecting a delivery jist from France it took 20 days and lot's of emails to get through to this company had to send a pic of where I actually live on Google maps, never again would have been quicker going to France to get the parcel
Package sent from Netherlands to Irelandinitially i got a delivery notification then another to say delayed then another to say not picked up Then the seller told me that my package was at the UPS hub and was sent to UK Channel instead of Ireland Channel?? at UPS Eindhoven hub now package is untraceable ,Called the helpline number got through to the Philippines they hadn't a clue i had more information than them .Now no one can tell where my package is now and when i will get it
The worst experience ever!! I have been waiting for my package for the last 5 days. Everyday I call the customer service and they say I’ll get it on the next business day and guess what I got? Nothing! First time they said to confirm my address (???). The tracking number is useless bc is never updated and call them is just a nightmare, because they’ll lie about your delivery. If you don’t want to have a heart attack, avoid this service.
Absolutely atrocious service. I was told 3 days in a row that my item would be delivered. I had to organise people to be in to take delivery.But every time, nothing?I've called them and spoke with an agent who asked me if I'm available to take a call from the nearest depot within the next hour?I've done this 3 times and still no call.They literally don't give a damn about their customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTSDo not use, go to Fedex a much more reliable service. This crowd will lose and break your package. Then refuse to deliver or return it and blame you.Worst customer service ever - although if you want to give yourself a stress induced heart attack this is the way to do that!
8 Box`s meant to be delivered 7/03 first lie 8.46am we try do deliver Business was closed. Business open from 6.30am till 6.30pm. 2nd lie wrong address according to ups but that wasn't a problem when they try to deliver the 1st time. 3rd lie Previous local labor dispute has caused delays.
