Full of lies and late delivery

Absolutely horrendous

Absolutely horrendous. dropped off 2 parcels on 2 separate days to UPS Drop off point. It is now 4 weeks and they still have not been collected. I contacted customer service yesterday who said I would be updated by email within 24hrs. I wasn't. I had to call again and received the same answer. They also said I received an email an hour before the second call which was a lie that they then backtracked on. Kept getting put on hold. No one in charge to speak to. Diabolical.

Return Request Ignored for Over a Week

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with UPS involving a return shipment that sat untouched at their facility for over a week, despite a formal return-to-sender request submitted by the seller. I received zero communication or updates during that time, and only saw movement after I personally contacted customer service.The delay directly impacted my business, costing me time, money, and credibility with a client. While the rep I spoke with was polite, the lack of proactive service and follow-through from UPS was unacceptable. I won’t be trusting UPS with critical business shipments again until I can be assured this issue has been properly addressed and resolved.

I have no clue where is my package

I have no clue where is my package. Contact with client is terrible. Package was sent from Poland to Ireland. Sender provide ALL details. And nobody know where is a package. I've got a letter as they "couldn't contact me by phone"- nobody was calling and my phone number is correct. I tried to call them- nobody answered. So I wrote first email and I wrote second email....I even don't know for what they need to contact me as in their letters is no information of the reason. Nobody explained what this is about and in the same time UPS expect from sender covering cost of storage this package- package which is stuck somewhere without our fault. He himself wrote three times my details in the mails, described what is in the package, provided all informations needed for successful delivery. No answer. I'm very, very upset and you can be sure that this is my last time to using UPS as a delivery company and I will spread news around for people to stay out of this company.

When you order something you expect it…

When you order something you expect it to be delivered to your door, like every other delivery service does, but this awful company leaves it at the gate, this is not acceptable from now on before I order I will make sure the company does not use this awful company.

They have my package I need for work…

They have my package I need for work over 3 weeks now, took me an hour to get anyone on the phone, when you get someone on the phone they have to ring the depot, all this could of been avoided if the driver just rang your phone and said I will be with you on 5 minutes (10 second call) this is company that more than likely pushing climate change nonsense yet wastes massive amounts of engry driving back and forward when they could just make that 10 second call.

Yes I made a review before but it's wasn't good review for ups but looking back on my last order it was a week late because off address was missing post code and door number but I was doing some thinking 🤔 any way I got on to supplier I got my package off so they said it good off been are fault because the supplier missed some off my address so it might off had nothing to do with ups but got the package week after nearly so ups had nothing to do with it but the reviews good get better with ups and if reviews get better after a while ups will get better not straight away but late down the line so I've another package coming this week let's see how they do on this one
