Package arrived in dublin Thursday morning paid the fees straight away and they told me my package would be delivered Thursday it's not Saturday no delivery and no update 4 different people all told me different things and won't tell me where my package is

Shame on these clowns!

Ugh, these UPS Ireland couriers are a complete joke! It's happened AGAIN. Another day wasted waiting around for a delivery that never materializes. Seriously, what do they even do all day? Do they just drive around in circles laughing at all the people stuck at home waiting for their packages?And of course, surprise surprise, we had to get Amazon involved again. Their poor customer support must be sick of the sight of our complaints about UPS. It's beyond frustrating. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Avoid at all costs if you value your time and sanity!

U get calls from multiple managers…

U get calls from multiple managers saying sorry and reassuring u someone will call within 30 minutes.Nobody calls ever.Avoid this company, they don't know what's going one.Delivering parcel from Cork depo to other Cork city address for 3 days and still reassuring u that they will resolve problem.Try registering for a claim... Good luck with thatHOW ABOUT SOME SORT OF CVIL GROUP CASE AGAINST UPS.?

One of the worst delivery company

One of the worst delivery company, they need 3 days to deliver after they have received a package in UPS hub. It takes terribly long time. Nothing like DPD or any other company. My advice is avoid them if you have choice to pick another courier.

Absolute worst delivery service I have…

Absolute worst delivery service I have ever come across. I am waiting for a parcel for the past 4 weeks , now it is the 5th week and they keep saying the address was wrong or couldn’t find the address. I will never ever again use this company. The worst company in the all Ireland and they are the biggest liars

25 days and counting.

My parcel went from Japan to the US to Germany to Ireland in 2 days. It's been in Cork for 25 days since. No response to emails, Phone and you get someone clueless in India or somewhere. Absolute shambles of a company. AVOID using them at all costs. I will never buy form anyone who uses UPS for shipping ever again.

Ups are the pits worse than 1 star

They sent me an email ,we could not deliver ,you were not hone ,o yes I was,I spent all afternoon outside fixing a fence beside the postal box, ups never came into my road all day ,just send an email that the driver was over worked and he went home, also the packet was sent to the wrong depot for delivery the depot is over 2 hours away from my home. We will see when it get to me .ups are useless .1 star is to much .

My parcel was not delivered

My parcel was not delivered. There was "proof" of delivery in a form of a picture in my email, which is a blurred out image of nothing at all. I was not contacted on my phone as I was not at home at all and also no signature was given since nobody was home.

Absolute worst delivery service I have…

Absolute worst delivery service I have ever come across. I have consistently told them I can’t receive deliveries during the day because I’m at work, they said they would come back later, did, but never texted or called. Twice that happened. Went to the customer centre to collect and was told don’t know where it is. But it’s marked for next day delivery. On the next day they never text or called again and brought it to who knows where, now it’s on hold. They never respond to emails and every single phone number is a robotic machine asking 69 questions. They are uninterested, unhelpful and unreliable. 0/10
