Appalling service. Overcharged a small amount for insurance that was not requested as UPS insurance covered the item. 8 phone calls, multiple emails providing proof of value, of UPS quote, of payment, and still over charged. A petty issue but on principal pursuing. Polite service from Vaishali, Sahil, Mabuvali, and probably whoever I speak to next as will continue.Checked and UPS have over 2k reviews on Trustpilot, of which 94% are negative, and it claims 0% replies by them to negative reviews.I don't expect to be treated any differently, just joining the list of all those who already advised people to avoid this company. They will disrespect you.Proof of experience: C-0291737942
Waiting in all day for my delivery out for delivery since early morning said it was on van and would be here at 7 pm when I contacted them still waiting and it 9 30 will be sending the parcel back ruined my day was looking forward to getting my sketchers ha no respect for customers
Updates about order are terrible.I have an expensive jacket on the way, first of all it was delayed from Thursday to Friday, so I cancelled my plans on Friday in order to be here for the package.5pm on Friday I get an update saying at 2 o’clock my order had been delayed another day due to weather, the weather wasn’t even bad, only some rain in the morning. No emails about updates on my package or anything, terrible.
Never use this it’s the worst delivery company ever,I was so close to suing them for such incompetence,I still don’t have my package and they tried to gaslight me into thinking I wrote the wrong adress(which I didn’t by the way I have proof I didn’t ) and I’m not even let change the adress because of their horrible website and I pay an extra 50€ to get it delivered still nothing .I HATE YOU GUYS
Over €450 worth of a package from Hong Kong left beside my doorstep at 8:12 am while I am at work. No text, no phone call, no email. The package was gone when I came home. No communication during the whole delivery, no invoices for payments. I call their "customer care" line. I'm told the package is in a depot. Luckily I have a car. I drive to the depot. They say its not there, it's in a warehouse. I drive to the warehouse. They say it's not there, it's back in customs. I call customs. They want an mnr number so I drive back to the warehouse for the mnr number. I get the mnr number and customs say they want an invoice from the seller before they release it. Unfortunately I have to give the invoice to UPS and trust they will send to customs. This is where we are now. I still haven't got my package. None of this could have been done without a car and UPS will not call to inform you of anything. Customer care are uninformed idiots who have no clue. I have talked to some of the most uninterested, unmotivated people ever. I know some billionaire is probably making a packet ripping off workers and customers. Useless!
The worst delivery company, hands down. For me, they mess up the first attempt 20% of the time. And of course, it’s never their fault—it’s always something like the sender giving the wrong address. Today, they claim they couldn’t get in because of a security code… which I’ve never even had.Customer support? Oh, they’ll promise you anything—same-day re-delivery, the driver will call you, whatever. None of it ever actually happens.
Drivers don't attempt to deliver your package are too lazy to call you on the number you provided. I was in side down the back out the Business at lunch I did not here him trying to knock if they bothered, We get delivery's often with UPS so at this point they should know we are closed between 1 and 2 its very clearly posted on our door driver did not bother to try and ring me why else would I have provided my number, lacking to say the least. Checked on the CCTV from my front door and the Driver did not even try to deliver my package.
I'm not so much upset that my package is delayed without any reason being given but I am with the automated assistant being about as helpful as feathers on a fish, package was meant to be out for delivery in the Republic of Ireland today but instead for some reason is in a warehouse in Germany with no reason given, and no estimate delivery, this is the second time ups has done this
On 3 occasions in December 2004 UPS failed to deliver items I had ordered from the USA to my home address in Ireland. None of them were delivered, we have CCTV at our home, no delivery attempt was made or failed delivery slips left in our post box. The items were returned by UPS to the USA and I am still awaiting the refunds to my credit card. In Jan 2025 I set up a USA AddressPal with An Post and have used it successfully until once again UPS failed to deliver to the correct address. UPS can not get anything right, they are incompetent and extremely difficult to deal with using premium phone lines only for human contact. Avoid purchasing online from companies who use UPS.
