If there was less than 1 UPS would get it they never contacted me once about my parcel said it was missed when I tracked it I was gone ALL DAY and no one came here rang customer service and it was terrible said it be the next day I don’t trust that so I’m now looking for a refund from the supplier I paid extra to have this parcel delivered on time and it wasn’t terrible service
Absolute liars. Marked a parcel as unable to deliver customer not home yesterday and today.I was sitting in my office overlooking my driveway both days. The entrance to my property has camera footage. No one came near my home!!!!!!Promised 3 call backs and not one doneCall staff read automated scripts. Where is my parcel and why are you lying????...
Go with any other delivery service.UPS wont allow you to schedule delivery times, wont notify you that your package is being delivered, wont ring you when they get to the door, wont drop the package into a neighbour if you arent there, wont change their delivery schedule even if you contact customer service and tell them you wont be home, will only give you 3 chances to accept the delivery before sending it to a depot for you to collect even though you told customer service you dont have a car. I cannot reasonably be expected to stay at home for 3 days straight to accept a package at a random time between 8am and 5pm.
Never again will I use this company.After my package arrived from China, it sat in a warehouse with the tracking number repeatedly showing no movement. When I called customer service, they told me it was at customs, pending release.After a full week of waiting, I asked for a reference number so I could contact customs myself to find out why it was being held without reason. Suddenly, UPS informed me that customs actually needed additional information—clearly proving they had forgotten about my package. It sat somewhere for a week, and only after I made multiple calls and sent numerous emails did things start moving.In the end, they delivered only two out of three packages, with the third still missing. The tracking simply says "delivery date pending." Unbelievable! They couldn't even manage to deliver all three at once—apparently, that was too complicated.Absolutely unacceptable service.
Absolutely Awful Experience. It took days, i mean days to sort out a query of returning a package that got returned to me as they said it was hazardous. It just came back with a black and white triangle stuck to the side, on the top of the package it said Service disruption Occurred. I phoned customer service to get a cleared picture on why the package was returned and to try and rectify the situation so i could get it resent. The FIRST person i got in customer service wasn't able to tell me straight away and had to contact another department (which i didnt mind) They said the would give me a call back and they never did , no answer machine message left or missed call notifications left. I waited 3 days before i contacted them again. I called again, i was put through the same process again and they still couldnt tell me even though it had been three days. I phoned again the following day and i was YET AGAIN put through the same process and they said they would call me back. They never did. I eventually was told on my 4th phone call with them that they would give me an email address of someone that could help me. I was communicating with this person for 1 WEEK to try and get this situation sorted. It has now been THREE weeks since this package has been retuned to me. All i wanted is for someone to explain why the package was returned and to get a new returns label to get it sent away. :( Something that is so straight forward with all other companies i have used in the past is made so complicated with UPS. Staff not helpful at all. I felt that there was no communication with staff and was left on phone for 20 mins to half an hour each time i rang just on hold. AVOID AVOID AVOID. You don't need this sort of stress for a delivery company
Useless organisation. They seem to have been unable to attribute a tax and duties payment that I made 6 days ago, even though I have a payment reference and I've rang them several times to confirm that my payment has been made. They still have my package, almost 2 weeks after being sent to me, even though I paid extra for expedited delivery and after they assured me it would be put on a van for special delivery today. It hasn't arrived, so that's a day wasted as well.I even went out to try collect it myself from the depot in Finglas, taking time out of my own day, but to be told that even though it was there in the depot, and even though I had paid, I wasn't permitted to collect it until they had completed one failed delivery attempt. Can you believe that for ridiculousness? I tried to do their job for them, 5 days early, saving them time and money, but no, not for them.
what a bunch of thief'si have paid for my delivery from the US €50 and upon my delivery today i was asked an additional €70. they have no curtsey, no care just pay or lose your package attitude. the post cost me 120€ for a product that cost less. i will never buy any more when UPS is the delivery options
