Review Time
We had a driver deliver a parcel to our company and he was SO rude, explained delivery had to go around the back and he was shouting, said if someone dose not come out straight away I will be smoking out of here. This is not the first time we had a rude aggressive driver deliver parcels to our company.
Terrible service! No communication with the courier, no information about estimated time of delivery.. I was waiting like an idiot the whole day, only to learn later that the parcel was returned to the depot centre because they could not access the gates! Nobody rang me and when I enquired with the customer service I was told that the drivers don’t always have a phone with them to ring! Seriously?! How come any other delivery company doesn’t have a problem with that. I get things delivered on weekly basis and it’s never a problem.
Parcel misdirected two days in a row despite correct address given.Item needed urgently so paid for express delivery.Latest update: should arrive a week after order was placed. Would not recommend this company and poor service.
What an absolute disaster of a company. Impossible to rearrange delivery. Finally get through on the phone to arrange to drop off point. Then no code. Ring for code, still no code. All the while sending me texts that say the package will be returned. Would never use another delivery service that had ups as their delivery partner.
The product arrived 2 days after the first estimated date. My package was more than 30kg and the delivery driver helped me with a trolley to get to my apartment.He even called me before his arrival. Many old reviews say that the driver is not allowed to have a cell phone but seems that it changed. Well, at least mine called me.The only reason that I gave it 4 stars is that it was delayed without telling me beforehand. It made me wait for nothing.
Why there is not option to NO STAR at all?NOT NORMAL!!!! This company should not be able to organise cleaning a toilets in the last railway station in the world!!!I was supposed to pay customs for delivery from USA. Delivery driver take only cash, which is for me completely ok, but he did not have a change to give back. When I offered to pay by card I was told they take cash only as mentioned above. They left (two of them) with my parcel I already paid for. When I tried to pay online on ups webpage I was not able again as there was not option to click "Pay now" or so.Also, I did not now in advance that I would have to pay custom clearance to the driver!!!FedEx delivers the parcel and you pay customs later!!Solution: dear moth...f...g UPS stop doing the business and go to help clean the oceans for example
