Tracked parcel actually delivered - many thanks

I have left quite a number of deservedly scathing reviews against UPS - that were justified. Not receiving quite a number of parcels over the years. But the last consignment was received within an excellent timeframe and delivered at the precisely correct location. I will also give praise where it is due. Thanks again.

Delivery on time and tracking ID

I ordered two phones via Movertix website and they used UPS.After reading these reviews I was a bit concerned but I had a tracking number and the details were perfect and delivery on time.

I seriously dont know why and how they…

I seriously dont know why and how they in the business. worst service. they dont know how to deliver product. they will call to your house, press the doorbell once and within 10 seconds they will leave and then hold the package in their warehouse. they expect you to collect the package. they wont even call you. its your responsibility to notice that your product hasn't arrived, contact the sender get the tracking and contact ups. when you try to contact you will notice they do not have any customer service number on their website. I dont have a clue how their driver always do the exact same? why they are so diffrent then other company such as DPD or Amazon own delivery or DHL? UPS, please close your business or change the whole management system.

UPS worst ever

Dear Sir/Ms,I still have not received this leather jacket( from Leather Company), I have been left waiting 3 days for UPS to deliver ( who in my past experience are the worst delivery company that exist).They won't phone or email me with a delivery date or time-Just expect for me to wait in the house until 7pm every day, I am sending this email because I believe this outfit UPS-will do your business a lot of damage.If they don't contact me or arrange a time/date-I will have no alternative but to cancel this order-very unfortunate.If your business has a method of contacting them and getting the parcel delivered -please do.Kind RegardsMark Maguire

They are the most awful company. Lousy customer support. Deliveries rescheduled. DO NOT USE THEM.

They'll leave your package in a random location and not tell you

The driver left my package in a random shop and it wasn't until I chased UPS down on twitter that they told me where it was. I'd never even heard of the place, how did they expect me to know where it was without telling me? Absolute joke.

It's a mad mad world

Parcel did not arrive, made a claim and verdict package lost.One month later recieved phone call from someone who lives many miles away with different Eircode telling me they have recieved my package. Both they and myself contacted UPS for it to be collected and delivered properly.Got email from Customer Service and they stated - you could not make this up - Claim shows package LOST apologies for any inconvenience.So even though UPS was informed by 2 people exactly where the package is and where it should be the computer says Lost and the computer is always right.I cannot even begin to suggest where improvements could be made because this just beggars belief

UPS delivery never arrived and no…

UPS delivery never arrived and no effort from UPS to contact me either before they closed for the day- I purchased an item from Gear4Music which was split into separate packages by Gear4Music- guess what, the package Gear4Music sent by UPS to my address couldn’t (or so they claim) be delivered because address info needed to be updated, yet the package that Gear4Music sent via DPD to that same address arrived this morning - UPS got a hefty one day delivery fee upfront for getting my package to me today, and when they did not deliver they tried to hang the fault on an inadequate address-the driver obviously didn’t bother to look up the postal code- if DPD could find me at my home address then a UPS driver should also be able to find me - I shouldn’t even give these people (UPS) one star- there should be an option here to give no star to a company for extremely bad service - advice to all who read this, don’t have anything delivered to you by UPS, they are a complete disaster to deal with, and their bot is of no help either, sending me to a link that I have to log into, in order to contact them, and the link doesn’t even permit me to sign in, cos I’m not the sender of the package, I’m the recipient and as such only have a tracking number, and do not have a UPS account. I will never again use UPS and will cancel an order rather than have them deliver to me in future if a company chooses to only use UPS.

Worst delivery company ever

Worst delivery company ever! 2 "Failed attempts" of delivery when no one showed up at all, and then assuming as a result of myself following up 3 times (no one knowing why it was not delivered, and saying someone will call within an hour, and not doing so) the delivery driver decided to throw my package over the wall into the field.
