Couldn’t be a worse company in Ireland.Another delivery gone wrong by UPS. They have delivered to the wrong house and put a photo up but where that door is in Dublin… I have no idea. I’m not even going to bother to ask customer service because they don’t do anything. Well done UPS. You are officially the worst company to exist.

Another lost parcel

Cant believe another one missing. Tried to get it sent to collection point after failed delivery when I was in all day. Driver rung one time and hung up. Called back straight away no answer, went outside no van or courier in sight don't even think they attempted to deliver. Come on management sort out your staff, customer service are rude and some of the dumbest people I felt with, fastway, did, an post ,dhl all excellent these shower or sh,,, useless.

Terrible, never using again

I would give 0 stars but it’s not an option . My experience has been a joke. My delivery was due on a Tuesday when I am normally in the office but decided to work from home to make sure I was there, I checked all day to ensure I was ready for its arrival, refreshed the tracker and it said they tried to deliver 20 minutes ago but “no one was home” I didn’t received a call, no one rang the doorbell or knocked. My dog barks at any movement near the door so I knew this was a lie. I called to reschedule for the next day to my work address as I had to go in, got a delivery notification at lunchtime and checked with receiption, nothing arrived and it even had my name down on the delivered notification as if I received it. Called them and they advised it was delivered somewhere in Dublin but they are not sure where yet and they we will re-route back to me but “nothing is guaranteed”… beyond frustrated at this point. I asked them to find where it is so I can go get it myself because I don’t trust them to re-deliver to the correct address.. sadly they won’t so I am sure someone else will be receiving my deliver later and I will go through this again. Have never had a delivery experience…

Have never had a delivery experience with UPS that wasn't painful. I have waited at home all day waiting for a parcel, no sign of it so I check my tracking and it says "Delivery Attempted" and there has been absolutely no phone call, knock on the door, anything. Every time I try to make an account with them to change my delivery preferences to say "Please call me before you just drive away!!!", the website will tell me my account cant be processed right now?Love DPD, Fastway, even An Post - always have far better experiences with them.

There is nothing positive to be said about his company, nothing.Customer service is terrible, website makes you register to do anything. Phone's at depots not anaswered. Customer service unable to sort anything after 3 attempts.I've had the parcel go between two depots and I know why, both are unwilling to deliver it as I'm at the end of both routes. So unprofessional there should be laws stopping them from operating. Just look at the reviews here.....I run a business and from now on I will refused to deal or order from any company that uses UPS

I hate getting parcels delivered…

I hate getting parcels delivered through UPS. They never deliver on time, say they attempted delivery but no one ever rang the doorbell or tried calling my phone number. Every time I have to ring customer service and while the agents are helpful, each person gives a different answer to my queries. Some say the driver will call you or then ring your doorbell, some say they're unable to do either and you must just request redelivery through their website - for which you have to have an account with in order to get anything done and the online experience is so unfriendly for users.The drivers are not provided company phones and if they don't feel comfortable calling people off their personal phones (which I don't believe they should, they should have company phones from which they can reach clients), they don't call - which is the easiest way to deliver. If the driver sees there is an inability to deliver, even to have to ring a doorbell, they do not. They don't try other neighbours either. The parcel gets driven around Ireland for days. They don't leave delivery notices either to rearrange delivery.While the drivers are lovely, the service is abysmal. UPS is the worst delivery provider in Ireland. Every time I place and order and see the delivery carrier is UPS, I just know it's going to be a stressful hassle.

Utterly dreadful to deal with

Utterly dreadful to deal with. Customer service have no interest in helping resolve issues. Received a phone call looking for 27 euro customs completely out of the blue, weeks after I received a parcel worth 42 euro from the UK - Including 10 UPS shipping.When I queried why I was only made aware of this weeks after my ( small) parcel was delivered, I was told " we get a lot of complaints,we are aware of it".Outrageous.Avoid like the plague, will avoid using any company that uses UPS.

AVOID THIS SERVICE!

Ok so I am starting my campaign of information about how UPS has exceeded my expectations on how disorganized, unprofessional and disrespectful a company can be with its customers. I bought a mattress in Amazon on the 18th of April , and delivered to UPS London Kentish Town Centre (called a day before to customer service to inform about this). It appears as delivered and signed by a receptionist. So far I have reached to:- customer service multiple times- Investigation team requested to fill a form which I did straight away, resent it the next day cos didn't get a confirmation. And about 5 days later reach out again and the guy told "I never fill up the form" ... Yes because someone with plenty of expertise in the IT sector don't know how to fill up a form and attach it to an email. - Reach out to escalation team which asked me to fill again the form I had sent 3 times before.- Investigation team closed the investigation claiming "lack of description"It is outrageous how these people just seem to pass the ball here and nobody taking responsibility for the customer packages. I know I am 1 in thousands of packages handled daily and I have been as patient as possible but is a big box! Aprox. 100 x 50cm = 30kgHow can you lose that for more than a month? I want to believe is actually "lost" and an employee didn't delivered but to his house.I really want to thank Mac Vilyon G. from customer service, is the ONLY person which actually understand the customer and has been genuinely trying to help with it. Besides that everyone is just taking a joke here .... I don't want to generalize as surely there should be ppl working there that actually do their job, but if you want to avoid a headache please use another service to ensure your package is properly handled. I honestly considering at this point to use my technical skills to test their system, have not idea how else to raise their attention but will start posting this until I my package is found or I get tired which is nowhere soon.

If I could give it 0 I would. Absolutely disgraceful service. Meant to get next day delivery. Rang 4 times the day after it was meant to get delivered , was reassured that it would be delivered by 7PM. 8PM and no sign of the package. I've been fobbed off at every turn. Never called back the three times I asked for a call back. So unprofessional. Make sure to use a different courier because if you want a package on time you're wasting your own time and money.

I now check with any company I order…

I now check with any company I order from that they are not using UPS - if they are I won't buy the product. If you do use UPS you are almost certainly guaranteed to get your order 1. late 2. broken 3. not at all. Zero customer service and it's incredible to me that anyone still uses them!
