Not only the worst delivery company I…

Not only the worst delivery company I have ever had to deal with but possibly the worst company generally. Can't believe they get away with this level of performance.

Terrible experience

Although 2 out of the 3 packages were delivered, after multiple failed call backs, I am still told driver cannot locate my property. After 5 calls each time I am told it will be sent again, same thing happens. Also do not expect a manager call back or depot to call back. Actually shocked at how badly this company is organised & run. Terrible experience

False information

Tracking said parcel was attempted to be delivered twice. No notification at my address to say delivery was attempted.

Grrr…disaster

Grrr…disaster. Bought the shoes online, paid €18 for delivery. Waiting for the package being a week late now - no use of online services or phone consultations, no option to collect personally or see the updates on the status. Upsetting scammers and time robbers.

I agree with all the bad feedback UPS…

I agree with all the bad feedback UPS has received as my first parcel has been returned due to 2 attepted delivery! I am working from home, so there is no way that there was even one attempt. I needed to re-order the goods! I was very lucky to meet Luke who is a bike courier in Dublin 1 area.Thank to Luke, I have received my parcel.I have approached him on the street, he took my parcel details and agreed to call me when he get the parcel and just delivered to my door. UPS need more people like Luke as he just made my day.Thank you Luke!

Shipping from USA to Ireland with…

Shipping from USA to Ireland with express service. Came from USA to Ireland in 24 hours. Has taken over 4 days to release from customs due to UPS USA not forwarding on customs documentation to Ireland UPS. A pure shambles and fraudulent behavior selling express shipping and then their mess up causing severe delays on a time sensitive object. Will never use again. Basically selling premium services for no gain. Over paid for shipping and extended delays. All in all these items will be in UPS storage before customs clearance for up to a week.

I wish I could give 0 stars

I wish I could give 0 stars. You can see it’s bad when 94% of customers give 1 star. Waiting for my package for more than 2 weeks. Calling them everyday and requested to send to pick up point so I could collect and they tried to deliver to my house four times. One of them told me I never requested the change. A joke of a company. If you’re ordering from somewhere they use this company, just avoid it.

UPS, Worst than Fastway

We do tons of importing from all over the world, stopped using UPS a good number of years ago as we had issues with them in the past. Issues were leaving out the miss you note and telling us to go from Ballymount to their depot in Finglas to collect parcels. Also billing, they have a very strange system where the driver just rocks up and expect you to have the exact change for an invoice, won't wait for you to ring their office to process the payment over the phone. With FedEx is easy, invoices come 2/3 weeks after and DHL offer prepayment option in advance which is great.UPS Ireland have an out of date system which is no workable in today's parcels shipping industry.Today UPS driver turned up, the usual have you got the exact change question and if I want to pay with you the card he won't be able to hold out for a few minutes.I rang them, paid and was told that the invoice will be emailed, obviously this never materialized.UPS are a courier company are far at the bottom and they sank already as you can't get any lower than this.We told our suppliers not to use UPS for all reasons mentioned and if they use them they will lose the business with us.Just to clarify, I can't blame the driver or the admin staff working for UPS, I blame the management for not moving forward with the times as their system is outdated, it's not 90s anymore!!!!To UPSStick your email on the website so your customers can contact you if they want email you instead of ringing.

Days kept changing + 23 minutes over the last time-frame

Delivery was supposed to be Tuesday then was changed to Thursday then Friday, all morning was checking the tracking and it hadn't updated, even coming up to and including during the delivery time-frame, the driver eventually came but 23 minutes over the last specified time-frame, was about to call UPS asking where my packet is, suddenly doorbell rings and straightway I assume that's the driver delivering the packet, and so it was, I would of expected a sooner delivery experience with UPS compared to other couriers, instead of days kept changing and 23 minutes over the last time-frame, hopefully next time would be better.
