Appalling service! This is the 3rd delivery in 2 months that has dropped off the face of the earth. Who knows where my package is because UPS don't! Tracking said it was out for delivery yesterday, it never arrived. No tracking information available today which I find interesting! Do not use UPS they are absolutely rubbish. Don't even get me started on the lies they spout about the depot trying and failing to make contact on the phone that is about my person at all times. I will be contacting the sender of the latest package and telling them NOT to use UPS again. Hopefully my package arrives tomorrow or it's going to be a very costly mistake for UPS!! Date of experience? Pick any day over the last 2 months!
Terrible experience. Lost a package that is 60cm x 45cm and weights 30kg. Then proceed to tell me where it is but asking me to submit a claim. The package cannot be replaced as it is a rare item. How this company actually runs is beyond me. No one seems to care.
The worst, stone age delivery system UPS has. I was supposed to get a delivery two weeks back and I kept seeing messages that the driver needs access when there was no driver found outside my apartment, then the delivery status changed to waiting for incoming scan at the warehouse, then they changed the status to change of delivery date by the customer where i did not request one, then it was delayed by another couple of days, and now the cycle starts again with the apartment access request. they could have just sent back the parcel to the sender and i would have asked them to send a new parcel through a reliable delivery partner. In the 10 days time, they did not attempt once to deliver the package.
Sadly, my review is equal in terms of experience. The tracker displayed the now infamous 'out for delivery'. Will be delivered by end of day 30.01.2024. This hasn't happened, virtual assist, actually a joke I think. Phone lines Dublin number no answer, automated phone service a bigger joke. Emailed them this evening requesting a revised delivery date. Anyone's guess as to whether they even answer. I have reached out to goods provider in the UK to see if he can get any information from them. Sad to see that untruths, disregard for customers and a faceless operation appears to be the corner stones of this business.Tracker info updated overnight, to display 'the delivery date will be provided as soon as possible', unfortunately this delivery seems to be heading the very same way as described by many other on this forum. Very stressful given both the cost and importance of the package contents.
Worst delivery company in the world. Their drivers and customer service workers routinely lie to you. I've never had a package delivered by UPS without massive issues. I hope they will go bankrupt so no seller can ever choose to use their horrible services again.
