Failure to send email with new password link

In response to your reply. Knives and Tools order placed 02/03. Welcome 09/03. Order Number 4238696 issued 13/03. How did we do message 16/03. Each time I try to track delivery by UPS kit asks for my username amd password bujt as I've forgotten them it asks that I change them and advises you'll send me a link. This simply doesnt happen and I've no idea whats happening. Obviously Knives and Tools think you've delivered.

The courier equivalent of pulling teeth with no anesthetic.Awful to deal with as a seller/sender.Awful to deal with as a customer.Missed collections, deliveries, no callbacks, no agents on live chat. All customer support outsourced to the Phillipines where they haven't got a clue - no fault of their own.Avoid like the plague.

Worst delivery + customer service

My research group ordered an expensive computer that was unfortunately shipped with UPS. We paid extra for express shipping that should take 2 days. Now, over a week later and ~10 phone calls to the custumer service and the computer is still not here. The tracking website told us it was out for delivery last week and that they needed a security code to deliver (this is wrong, the door is open). Upon further investigation, it turns out that the package didn't fit in the truck and "they are working on a solution", whatever that means. The package never left the depot! Customer service also keeps promising that someone will call you back in an hour but that never happens. So now, after more than a week, we still have no computer, the website and customer service lied to us, and I'm left extremely frustrated. At some point I got to talk to a manager and I asked them if they would do anything to try and improve their services, but all I got back was standard rehearsed lines like "I'm really sorry you experienced this, I understand your frustration" etc. I have never experienced such terrible customer service, and how they can keep getting away with this is a mystery to me. I wish I could give 0 stars, this is really terrible.UPDATE: The ups depot made up a phone call claiming I had requested to pick up the package directly from the depot which I of course haven't. When I talked to the manager who had promised to call me back his excuse for not calling me back was that his documentation showed I had already been in contact with the depot. I hadn't. They lie, lie and lie even more and I still don't have my package even after all this time.

Paid $50 to have fabric samples express…

Paid $50 to have fabric samples express delivered from China to Ireland. The supplier was told there was an attempted delivery, but I "refused" to pay import duties.No attempt was made and no one told me that there were import duties added. The fabric samples have no monetary value, unless I'm planning on making cotton handkerchiefs for leprechauns! Where the random 35.25 euro duty was pulled out of is anyone's guess, I emailed UPS and explained that the samples had no value and got an email back saying none would now be charged. Two days later and no sign of the package I emailed again, I was told that when they deliver I would have to give a code to the driver so he/she wouldn't charge me! They now have my package, in my town, over a week. I think the only option will be for me to go to their depo and collect it. Not impressed at all, I was defiantly ripped off for "express" delivery. Addition: ended up collecting the package as I couldn't wait any longer. Staff were very nice, kinda feel bad now.

Absolutely useless company

Absolutely useless company when dealing with average civilians. Zero customer service support & terrible all around attitude towards honouring delivery dates. Never have they delivered on time. There’s always an excuse, usually it’s “incorrect address information”. They’ve always had the correct information, including post codes. If I knew beforehand my items were being shipped via UPS, then I would’ve shopped elsewhere 🤷🏼

Might aswell not tell you when the item…

Might aswell not tell you when the item will be delivered as it’s never correct, I watched a UPS van delivery packages to my neibhour the same day my package was ment to be delivered and they never delivered mine that day

Dreadful Experience

If there was an option to give a zero star I would. Wasn't there when package was originally to be delivered. Original email didn't give a time just said end of day. When driver rang there wasn't an option to have it delivered later in the day. Tried on several occasions to reschedule delivery of the package but as of today it has not arrived. When I did speak to someone in Customer Services they advised it would be delivered by 7pm in the evening, very inconvenient. When I tried to log into my choice ups had problems logging in. When track the package it still says package is in warehouse and delivery date will be provided as soon as possible. Awful experience, I would have been quicker going to the UK and picking up the package myself.

My Second Bad Review About UPS in 24…

My Second Bad Review About UPS in 24 hours..Phoned UPS customs department (Dublin ) and a lady called Catherine Moore answer.... I had issues about paying import charges .... because I had paid for these items already...They were missing from a previous shipment..... so my supplier sent via express ..... Catherine asked if I could get the Entry Number for the original shipment ( which I provided )She then said because I couldn't supply a invoice I had to pay ? I said when did you ask me for a invoice ? She said she did ( which isn't true ) and when I confronted her about it she hung up ? I rang back ( her main phone number ) and she hung up on 6 different occasions... I then had to ring another ups line and tell them and get put though to a supervisor..... I explained my case and this girl was lovely ...Catherine Moore is the rudest person I ever delt with on the phone .... lied about the conversation & kept talking over me when I tried to explain.... and then hung up ? And wouldn't answer my calls back ?Its Easy See why UPS has 1 star rating here.... absolutely shocking customer support...That lady Catherine Moore needs to be sacked Immediately..... clealry she hates doing her job...
