If I could give less than 1 star I…

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Bought a tshirt online for £17.99, paid £19.99 shipping. Ups contract me and say I owe a further 14 euro tax and handling. I work tax to be about to pay euro, I query this after having paid almost the value of the goods in shipping fees. Almost 3 weeks layer my query returns a new fee of 21 euros. No thanks, keep the tshirt, totalling over 63euro.

Very big desastre

Very big desastre. I've been waiting for a package for days and the delivery guy, a big liar, every day says that I tried to deliver and there was no one at home. my wife is at home all day. and at all times, no one called or rang the doorbell. I called the company and they assured me that it would be delivered today, but yet another promise was not fulfilled. This company is the worst delivery company in Ireland.

Horrible overall experience.

0 star. Horrible experience as usual with UPS. I was supposed to receive 3 package starting yesterday... 2 oh them have already been sent back to the sender by UPS with no valid reason. I called the customer service, just after I check the status (saying it was not a correct address, although my full address was mentioned and correct). I told them that I actually have the picture of the package with my full address, nothing, except it's to late it's back to the warehouse and will be sent back to the sender(overseas, although package still in Dubli). I then asked them for different package, it's ok it will be delivered today... Again, no update, nothing. More than 3 times already. Terrible overall service.

I wish I could avoid this company…

I wish I could avoid this company completely, they always ruin my day.If I could give 0 stars, I would.Always issues with them, delays or can't find my address, no other company had any issues delivering to my address. I always have to call customer support. Without my consent someone from customer service changed pickup location... Which is 13km away from original delivery address.AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Didn’t deliver first time as they said I had contacted them and advised I wasn’t available. Second time stated unable to deliver as nobody home. Rubbish, even checked security cameras. LIARS.

Nintendo sent UPS to collect my broken…

Nintendo sent UPS to collect my broken switch. They took two days to collect it and then it traveled from Ireland to the UK via Paris. It took 12 days to arrive at Nintendo. It was sent back to me and has cleared customs but has spent another two days in Finglas and hasn’t arrived yet. Put that together with a very difficult hard to navigate website, UPS are by far the worst delivery service I have ever encountered. Absolute shambles

Grieved over this company

I am grieved any time that the only option for shipping with a company is UPS.They are the only company with which I have never had a single delivery go smoothly. Ever.Once again, “failed delivery attempt” even though I am at home and nobody rang my bell or called my phone. Item wasn’t even marked as “out for delivery”, and now it will be delivered on the next working day - when I will not be home. I am so tired of this awful company and the grief it gives me every f***ing time.
