Review Time
I bought a laptop online. A quite expensive laptop. The seller used UPS to ship it. The laptop was all padded but i received it with a huge dent on a side. I contacted UPS to claim refund for the damage and they're only going around in loops trying to avoid to pay for the damage. Cowboys. Thugs.
I wouldn't even give UPS one star. Worst courier service in Ireland. They deliver your parcel whenever they feel like and don't even bother ringing customer service. They are not interested in you a customer. Just make a load of excuses and won't tell you when your parcel will actually be delivered. They protect their lazy drivers instead of looking after the customer who has paid for the delivery which helps pay for the drivers wages!!!! Disgraceful service. AVOID AT ALL COST
Horrendous service. They are not delivering on time even with UPS express. The driver came after 3 days exhausted at 21:00 dropping the parcel on the door, said he had it with him 3 days but no time to deliver. I can't imaging that they care for their drivers (probably they are overworking, and maybe dangerous), or their customers. I had multiple failures to deliver, and not a single time on time. At the same time their system faulty reporting failed deliveries, which is not the case (CCTV), and generated huge frustration. Their customer support is incompetent to say at least. They outsourced to India or somewhere, and they just faulty re-assuring that everything is fine, while is not, and after a few minutes you get another delivery failure.This is illegal, it's a breach of contract. I will report them to the any regulators if any. They also do not have a formal complain process which is illegal again., AVOID
Would give it minus stars if allowed. Would urge businesses to seek alternative couriers if they want to keep their customers. Customer service is shocking, A delivery date means nothing and the paper work involved to find your missing parcel is a joke. The middle person shouldn't be landed with ANY extra jobs! How can a parcel go missing in their depot?
Shocking process of trying to receive a delivery. Spent ages in warehouse in GB, only to be shipped to Germany as opposed to Ireland, came back to the warehouse in GB and no update since. Going on nearly a week with no update and with express shipping. Don’t even bother ringing (if you manage to get talking to someone) because the employees don’t even sound interested to be there, can’t say I blame them really, pure f***ing shambles of a company that can’t even get the shipping country right. Pure useless please stay away!!
What a useless shower of waster when it comes delivery not a 1st not a 2nd pr 3rd time a complete disaster of a delivery service and every chance I get to feedback to any shop or seller I will be telling them direct do not use UPS pr send me anything using them F**king wasters
I give UPS a star because I can't write otherwise. I will never buy anything online again if the only transport option they have is UPS. I don't know exactly how much I paid to them for transport through time but they NEVER tried to deliver the goods at my home. They would only text me that I am not home. And they get away with it every single time cause nobody wants to call them to justice for little change. I am waiting for some retailer to do that and especially to STOP working with them! I hate this. We "stupid" people have to pay for everything.
