Use this company at your own risk!!!Very unprofessional and so rigid in their minds up to their manager. They have no means of fixing the mess they manufactured all they tell me is their absurd policies whatsoever!! I had arranged and paid for a parcel shipment from London to Ireland, they lost it. Now they claim to want to refund me, they want me to get into contact with people at pick point who know absolutely nothing about this shipment deal. Pick up point person doesn’t want to get involved at all and i have said this to UPS but they keep referring me back to the pick up point people. In short I won’t get my refund because UPS want the so called sender (pick up people) to get involved. I asked them since you know very well that you lost my parcel refund the money to the card that paid you. They are refusing and telling me about their dead policy! They are heartless people and careless! Since 6 September till to date I’m still battling to get my refund!
The absolute worst courier company in existence, stayed home to receive a special parcel as I got the notice from company and UPS that it would be delivered today and it hasn't been. I even called them to make sure the parcel would be delivered today and got guarantee.I literally didn't realise UPS was the courier. I would have never ever ordered from the site.
UPS.....what a vile company.They invoiced me 9 months after my goods were delivered from Amazon UK to Ireland. They charged me an extra €48.44 and when I got a breakdown of the invoice there were made up charges all over the invoice. I contacted customs Ireland and I was told the only import tax that was due was for €25.33 so the extra money charged by UPS was apparently "admin fees" ......for what?? I had paid my vat and delivery upon checkout with absolutely no additional charges appearing on invoice from Amazon. After trying tirelessly to contact UPS and being past from pillar to post and past onto every department known in UPS, everyone of them did the same thing "this isn't our departments issue, we can't help you" I was given endless phone numbers to call which were all "not in service" I was advised if j didn't pay this bill in full that the invoice would later be past onto a debt collector and my credit rating would be effected by this in the future.What an absolute vile and disgusting company UPS are. I will make sure and check everything being delivered to me in the future for the rest of me life and make sure UPS are not apart of anything in purchase in the future.Shocking service, shocking companyBeware of them. I had a parcel that was due to arrive, it contained my exact address and eircode. I received a phone call as my number was on the packaging saying a woman had my parcel and that she lived across town and that it was delivered to her address. An email was sent to me from ups saying that the parcel was delivered to my address. I am lucky that the person tried to get in contact with me or else I would have lost an important parcel.
It has been more than 3 days since Im trying to receive my package, nobody has knocked the door and they are informing that they were. Each day I called the customer service that says the same thing about in a hour somebody will call, and they never call, never inform where is my package and never update the tracking number. Also no SLA it was informed and no support were given, tottally a terrible service Ill never work with them and make sure that others do choose DHL instead of them.
