i dont want to give any stars as they dont deserve any.UPS wont deliver my parcel, i have been on to them numerous times since getting the notification to try pay the customs charge, but the link that they sent me wont work. i have arranged to pay the driver every day but no1 can give me a reason why the driver wont deliver my items. ITS THE WORST RUN DELIVERY COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THEY SHOULD SAY THAT THEY ARE A NON DELIVERING COMPANY JUST TO WARN EVERY1 OF THEIR INCOMPETENCE
I would have given rating in minus if I had that option. I haven’t seen such irresponsible behaviour towards customers till date. My international parcel arrived in Dublin on 4th Dec and still haven’t delivered to me. Everytime I call customer service I just get a standard response stating it will be delivered soon. UPS customer representative have even lied 2 times on call by assuring that I will receive my parcel on next day but received nothing as of today. When asked for an email id to raise complain or escalate it they simply reply that I can only speak to customer representative and there is a huge back log which they are trying to clear. One of the representatives even told me that as of yesterday my parcel has not even sorted in the warehouse. I seriously wonder that the company is doing from 4th Dec till date.Very horrible experience.
Ordered from a company in the UK and no sign of the parcel. Contacted them and UPS they have been trying to get in touch with me. Have had no contact from UPS, the parcel history says they have tried three times to deliver it (they never have). The parcel is being scanned every day as being in the warehouse but I can't get through to anyone in there. The worst courier.
I had an issue with a UK order which I'd paid for Royal Mail delivery as I know what customs to expect in Ireland but a fulfilment company had shipped it with UPS instead, the fulfilment company had overvalued my items meaning the government charges were gonna be more expensive than anticipated but I wasn't expecting UPS handling to be nearly €20 so the total costs was €48.51, nearly the price of the goods I'd purchased! I was able to get through to customer care on X (Twitter) and they were so helpful throughout my questions and offering advice! The decision was made to have the parcel returned to the sender and I was told that this parcel wouldn't be sent out for delivery, the parcel actually did end up arriving the next day where the delivery driver wasn't really pleased to be told the package wasn't being accepted and was to be returned! That was fine afterwards and was told to keep an eye on the tracking for further updates about the parcel being returned to the sender, it did take quite a while there was lots of warehouse scans, it finally did change but the tracking was very confusing when saying "The parcel has been delivered and can no longer be returned to the sender" I didn't understand this as I believed the "sender" to be the fulfilment company and the tracking wasn't changing after this so I reached out to customer care on X again but this time I wasn't able to get through to them as it seems to of changed to automated messages, luckily it had actually been returned to the sender as I contacted them so I was able to get my refund for the products purchased! But I'm leaving a 4 star review as customer care were very helpful when I was able to speak to them so I appreciate that very much, just not a 5 star review as the process of returning to the sender was concerning as it seemed slow, the miscommunication of the parcel not being delivered to me but then showing up and then the automated responses!! Customer Care when you can talk to them are really nice and helpful though!
If I could give - 10 for UPS I would.The most incompetent couriers I've ever dealt with. I purchased an item from RRR.LT on 7/11/23. It took ages for them to get it to Ireland, then sent me a delivered notification. I was sitting in the house and no delivery came. They kept me going round and round for weeks before they eventually admitted that they LOST it.Now I cannot get a response from RRR.LT for a refund. Nightmare.
Any time I see UPS is delivering my package I die a little inside. There is no communication possible with driver. They excel at not delivering my packages, despite everything I do to make sure this is not the case. I had two packages for delivery this week and have had to call them 15 times and still one of them has not arrived! They apparently attempted this morning, while I was home, and failed!
Ups Ireland worst service ever. This is the second time you are keeping my belongings for weeks without any explanations. No legal department, no resolutions. Drivers are not equipped with a phone so they simply don’t call and don’t delivery the parcel. I am waiting my package since 3 weeks this is simply unacceptable. Invest in your resources, invest in your equipments. Worst delivery company ever.
