Happy out

Bit of a hiccup in Germany but that only made it 2 days after original expected date. Once it arrived in Ireland it was easy to track and arrived promptly. Driver fella seemed friendly and the package was mint . They must love me cos all the rest of the ratings are a little different 😂😂.

They lie. Not a serious company.

They never delivered some parcel from Gear4Music. The parcel was supposed to arrive between the 10th and the 11th of October. I had an international trip on the 13th of October. They didn't deliver it on the 10th or the 11th. No updates at all, no excuses. So, when I called them, they said the parcel had to be repackaged because the package had been damaged and that on the 12th of October I'd surely received the parcel. Today is the 18th of October, there are no news from them. I contacted Gear4Music and I have the impression that even Gear4Music are in the dark regarding this parcel and true updates from UPS. I just checked today again for updates on UPS tracked and now it says Address Information Required. This is not the first time I had purchased from Gear4Music and my address was correctly informed as it states on their website.UPS is a joke. I don't recommend this company. You're likely to have issues with this company and you'll be left in the dark and totally confused if you contact them.

You're probably better off using a carrier pigeon..

No one picks up the Customer Care number, the UPS depot number was answered by someone who just kept refusing to talk and kept telling me to ring Customer Care. I finally (think) that I have it sorted by Live Chat (thank you Cyrus P). All of this because they kept trying to deliver to the Billing Address as opposed to the specified Delivery Address. They are a total Grade A, absolute nightmare to deal with. You're better off sending things by carrier pigeon. The only reason that I was using them this time was because it was a present for my partner. I will now no longer use certain suppliers if I know they ship by UPS. This company is utter rubbish.

No contact regarding Customs Duty payment,

UPS delivery driver brought package to my home, and said there was customs duty due on the package as it had come from India. I asked him how much was due and had my card ready to pay, but he immediately took the parcel away and said he would 'come back another day and confirm'. The parcel has not returned since and I had to go through another external courier to provide me with the UPS tracking number, so that I could go online and pay the amount due. But at no stage did I have direct contact from UPS regarding this - they would not have reached out to notify me otherwise. Extremely disappointed and my parcel is yet to arrive.

this is the worst ever i ordered a ticket for ksi vs tommy fury and the fight is tomrrow i am flying england tomrrow morning and they guaranteed that it would come before saturday now i have lost 300 euro because i cant get a refund and i cant even go watch the boxing match because the idiot driver couldnt find my house even tho the address was clear

The worst packaging services in…

The worst packaging services in Ireland, I had my package almost sent back without my knowledge because hey put up a notice on my order that they do not have a security code to access my building.It was a normal door with a key, I dont know what access code they needed - Never called me. I'm still waiting for the package.

I have three orders

I have three orders, all meant to be delivered on the same day. Driver makes no attempt to contact me, doesn’t leave a note etc. Called to rearrange all three deliveries, now they’re telling me they only scheduled one package for delivery. This is beyond frustrating- especially when I paid for express shipping, and have to chase them. Worst courier in Ireland

Shame there is no lower rating… by far the worst courier in Ireland. The drivers never call or make the effort to walk up to my door to leave a delivery note. They “tried” to deliver one of my parcel on the 29th of September. After 2 weeks I still don’t have the parcel. As they never actually deliver anything my only chance is to wait for the first attempt and after it failed ( what I only know if I attack my parcel regularly) I have to call them to deliver it to a collection point. But even that is too hard for them. Their service is ridiculous. Please try to avoid them in any cost!
