Shocking delivery service

Shocking delivery service, parcel has taken a week to show tracking detail after dispatch email . Scheduled delivery today , email received at 8.20 this am saying incomplete address,although they have postcode. Rang this am , confirmed address & now received another email saying address incomplete . Very incompetent company

very poor customer service - no money back

they make the proces of money back with a lost package impossible. It took me months and I kept receiving the same email with the same long questions, you dont get anywhere. Very poor customer service

To bad to put I to words 9 days to get from Denmark and out for delivery and then not and when chased up tracking says delivery 9 March but its turned up dropped off at gates no checking to see if anyone home

Packages always thrown

I find that the driver always throw the package at the door. Whether it’s fragile or not they do it. They also throw it at the windows. It’s ridiculous and it needs to stop.

Terrible company take your money and…

Terrible company take your money and UPS take your goods and don't take any responsibility for delivery or goods. UPS worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. Said I did not put my eirecode on address but I had, just a excuse! days later nothing, Can't get trough to anyone on line, worse delivery service I have ever seen. Stay away, no come back and goods not delivered or sent!

I ordered an item from Holland which was supposed to take 2 days to arrive. It reached Dublin 2 weeks ago and has been in their warehouse since. I tried to ring them but they won’t deal with the addressee, only the shipper. The shipper has contacted them 3 times but the item is still stuck in their warehouse in Finglas. This has cost me money, time and reflects badly on the shipper - not their fault but I’ll never use them again because of UPS. Don’t have anything to do with these charlatans if you can avoid it. On edit: I had to get the sender to have the item returned which UPS did within 24 hours. I have now been refunded. A disappointing experience with no explanation of why the item was not delivered. I have now ordered the item from China. Hope they don’t use UPS!

Im 2 days waiting in for them to…

Im 2 days waiting in for them to deliver a package, cancelled yesterday for “mechanical issues” and this morning claiming I wasn’t in. No knock on the door or phone call. I had to set up a profile/account with them just to email them and have had zero response

The contract drivers they use in…

The contract drivers they use in Ireland really do make little or no effort. The driver spotted my gates and then drove off stating attempted delivery.I had to spend half a day collecting my package from the depot - staff at depot were very helpful though.My package had clearly been kicked from the Netherlands to Dublin judging by the condition it landed and as a result, there were parts within missing.

Do Not Use This DELIVERY Service!

Have never come across such incompetence with a delivery company!Our 2G worth delivery been held up at their depot since Feb 3rd.we paid the customs on that day also. today is the 16th and we are still waiting. They told us they couldn't find the boxes, then told us we didn't pay the customs (came out of account on the 7th). its actually shocking. we've lost alot of business with sales as a huge amount of this delivery is best sellers and for a small independent is a big loss for us. our supllier in the UK has been in touch with them non stop about the delivery and still, 13 days later we are still waiting. So Disgusted.

UPS were supposed to collect a parcel…

UPS were supposed to collect a parcel from my home today between 10.00 and 14.00, I waited all day and nobody collected my parcel. Spent an hour trying to get through to customer service, eventually spoke to someone and have been told it will be collected tomorrow. I will now have to waste another day waiting for UPS.
