UPS performance almost anywhere else in…

UPS performance almost anywhere else in the world is very good, but in Ireland it has been the absolute worst. I have had a package "stuck" in their warehouse for over ten days. I've called customer service every day for the last week and been promissed delivery no later than "tomorrow." It never happens. Promisses and performance mean nothing to this company. I would never use them again.

- stolen package by driver/ mis placement of package- Delivered to wrong address and not accepting not updated address- late delivery when it was urgent

Waiting for delivery from over a week

Waiting for delivery from over a week. They claim I've missed delivery, and I call their customer service asking them when they called me. I get a very nice agent, saying that the delivery will be rescheduled, and it's the same issue again. Happened 3 times already.

I have been waiting nearly 7 weeks for…

I have been waiting nearly 7 weeks for a parcel from UK to Ireland, they have lost all paperwork on 3 occasions now and even though sender has provided this information on the 3 occasions my parcel is still sitting in Dublin warehouse for 3 weeks now. So frustrating .

If I could score less than 1

If I could score less than 1, I would. There customer service is non existent. They still have Swords in Dublin registered as the drop in centre and its no longer there. It has moved 18KM! Totally shocking that they can't even maintain their websites, let alone deliver parcels. Ironically, how can this be a logistics company?

These are worst company to deliver.Tracked my delivery said they attempted 3 times but I was at home waiting on it.No text email say coming nothing say they called.Now don't even know where my delivery is.Trying to get through to customer care waste of time.When buying something they should state which delivery company uses as I never get them to deliver again.

Appalling

My last two deliveries from different retailers handled by UPS resulted in an "attempted delivery" status followed by redirection to the soon-defunct Parcel Motel. This despite me being at home and experiencing no indication whatsoever that anyone had knocked on the door or rang the bell.On Monday I made an order from another retailer only to discover, with immense disappointment, that the delivery would be handled by UPS. The delivery was due today. I guessed the "attempted delivery" failure would strike again, and of course it did. Less than 10 minutes ago. I have been at home all day--I didn't hear so much as a tap on the door and doubt the driver was anywhere near here.We have also had many problems trying to get UPS to do used Nespresso pick-ups.Absolutely abysmal business entirely incapable of performing its basic function.

Really bad service

Really bad service. My building has security entrance and they don't bother to call you. Furthermore, they don't even give you option to collect the parcel in a ups access point. I won't recommend to use this carrier company for further deliveries.

Awful for business

I get several UPS deliveries a month, can't fault the driver, no issues with him but as a company they are dreadful. Their tracking is always being adjusted, says it's out for delivery one day, check the following it's not even in the county! Always inaccurate, never arrives when they say and forget about a time, they can barely get the week right. Terrible website, and zero customer service. Why companies use UPS I don't know. Compared it to DPD who text/email in the morning with a 1 hour delivery slot and they are always on time and way faster.

Sending debt collectors for fees I paid to the driver

Received no invoice for duty owed on parcel. Paid the driver cash and didnt receive a receipt. UPS keep sending out late payment fees. I contacted them straight away both times and was advised to send emails to a certain person at UPS. Both times I never received a response. Instead of just communicating with the customer who is clearly trying to resolve the situation, they sent a debt collector with threating letters. No delivery driver leaves valuable goods at the door without receiving payment. They would take them back to depot for you to pay and it will be released to you. No communication and departments clearly don't talk to one another. The hassle isnt worth the item I purchased. Still battling after 6 months to clear my name. Never using UPS again.
