How is it still legal for them to operate? The most atrocious, incompetent service on the planet. They have recently delivered my package to an address 10km away from the address stated on the package. They’ve previously lost 2 other packages and took them nearly 2 months to deliver another one after countless emails. Avoid like the plague

Jokeshop of a company. Their wind down of parcel motel has been shambolic at best. Sent parcel on 8th Jan. It got stuck in a locker, lost/stolen, subsequently found while a claim was in process. Still not delivered almost 3 months later. I’ve no refund or confirmation of new tracking number. They don’t respond to emails, ask the same question 10 times but don’t action any of the answers. I’ve at least 30 emails with case numbers outstanding. Shocking! UPS don’t give a damn!
This company should be closed.Every experience with them is the same. Pretend to deliver but no attempt (CCTV proved). After 2 weeks a package from Cork to Dublin is getting its first delivery attempt but on their website is skipping first and is saying second. The info notice has no details filled only the number. I want to highlight that no other couriers have problems with my address! Customer service is useless. Guys do the world a favour and stop using them.
I am living on my own with an unwell child who may need to go to hospital at no notice. In very good faith I bought a car part online as I have very low income. Nearly a week later the part has not yet arrived. The service from UPS is appalling most unacceptable and their customer service people are downright ignorant and very unhelpful
Stated I had a delivery on the 7th of March....it is now the 16th and still no package despite saying item delivered. My husband works from home and had no knock at the door. It was an expensive item as well! Judging my some of the reviews on here I'm going to assume the worst.
Delivery eventually occurred two working days late. The reason given was not convincing. Had to call customer service in Dublin and provide my complete details despite my having previously done so by virtue of me being a UPS account holder. In fairness, the agent I dealt was competent and polite. Package arrived this afternoon delivered by a courier driving an unmarked van, somewhat surprisingly. Must be a contractor. So, overall, I can't complain about the level of service. Be sure they have your exact address and phone number if expecting a delivery. Limerick IE. Personal customer.
So disappointed, terrible service same issues as all other 1 star reviews. UPS driver drove straight past my house without collecting. I called them to get driver to come back, was promised collection again by 7pm, no show. Called again for following Mon was promised collection at 3pm, no show, called them back again & told i should have a collectionwithin next 2 hours!!!! They don't think this issue warrants a refund. I will never use UPS again, not worth the stress.
Out of every delivery company in ireland UPS have to be the worse, this review I based on multiple experiences over a few years I had, from the disregard of your package to throwing it over the wall or throwing it over the gate at the side of the house to now, just leaving it on the front door step.After I've just rang them for them to feed you bullsh*t about oh "our drivers survey the area to make sure the area is safe to leave it there" like I would love a copy of the recorded phone call I just had. I think he called me sir about 20 times I was fit to explode. Any company who values customer care and wants a reliable company to deliver their goods, use An post, DPD or fastway. These 3 are good and anything is better than ups I wish companies would stop using them it would put you off purchasing from them.Rant over 😊
