Lost package...a9nd virtually no help…

Lost package...and virtually no help what so ever. Literally a disaster of a company please please please do not use. Lost a massive amount of business not to mention time trying to chase them.

Outstanding delivery driver

Outstanding delivery driver. I've been meaning to leave this review for months': not only is their delivery guy Pedro (Dublin 4 area) a really friendly and nice guy, he also, on several occasions has gone above and beyond when delivering to me. I'd recommend UPS based on my experience with him alone.

Quite simply, A BAND OF INCAPACITORS. You give your full address, they dare to tell you that it is not good!!! They know better than you where you live these badgers 😂!! AND YOU WAIT LIKE A C**. And don't count on a proposal for reimbursement of expenses! It's all for your a..!!

Waiting for stock for our business to…

Waiting for stock for our business to be delivered for over a week now from Finglas to Arklow.They were quick enough to demand payment for import charges - which we paid immediately.Wasted hours phoning them.Every excuse under the sun.Alleged incomplete address - corrected and verified.Items sent by error to Waterford - would be corrected and delivered next day - they weren't.Items now in Dublin -will be delivered next day - weren't...And on it goes.Supplier guarantees in future never to send with UPS again 👍

Time wasters and liars

Time wasters and liars! They marked my delivery as a failed attempt whilst I was sitting in the front porch waiting, I called them on the phone straight away and they said no more drivers can be allocated to my area, they’d have to deliver tomorrow (so today). Today, I made sure to have my CCTV running and recorded on my phone throughout the morning whilst I was waiting at the window, they marked it off as a failed attempt (again!), bare in mind they never left a slip to prove that they have never attempted to deliver to me. I called them up, the man said there’s a possibility it went to the wrong house but yesterday when I called he also said there’d be a monitor on the driver to ensure it doesn’t happen again, and that I’d get a call as soon as the driver arrives + if the attempt genuinely fails the parcel would be left with my neighbours. They kept no promises but instead cover up for their ridiculously lazy drivers who don’t even try to deliver! The package is really important and worth hundreds of euros, they’re a disgrace. I will make sure to ask suppliers in the future who they ship with and I guarantee that if UPS is their courier, I’ll let them know if this and refuse to buy. I will also be taking legal action with the proof that I have.

Such a bad service

Such a bad service. The delivery driver tried to deliver my package two days in a row while I was in work after which he never showed up again. I didn’t contact him as I was sure he was going to come back and if he missed me again he was going to leave an information slip as all other delivery companies do. It’s been a couple of weeks and no one from UPS came back or left an information slip. I tried to contact the delivery driver, but got no answer. Today I saw that my parcel was sent back to the sender. It’s a joke!!

UPS charged shipping twice / lost packace / cannot make a claim

UPS charged the shipping cost twice then I paid which I had no choice but to pay online as I refused as I had already paid shipping costs. Then I paid online now my package is lost and I UPS will not allow me to make a claim during the tme i disputed the shipping charges 6 weeks. Never again will I use UPS at every turn they are a disaster stick with DHL or Amazon Prime.

Incompetence personified...

Incompetence personified...Despite 2 phone calls updating my address & contact number (which was unnecessary as the eircode/phone contact was provided by the sender) my parcel has been sitting in the Finglas depot for a week...My parcel only took 3 days to arrive from Spain to Ireland, yet it takes a week to get from one side of Dublin to the other!?
