Scum there drivers spills white paint all over my parcel throws it under front door matt drives off leaves front garden full of paint my partner doesn't cop it at first it destroyed her jacket I contact them show them photos and they say not our problem our contract was with north face have them contact us
It's unbelievable how everytime I've ordered something online and it came through UPS, I've never received my item (about 6 times) on the estimated date and I had to struggle dealing with their poor customer service and ending up collecting my items at their depot, 9km away from where I live...They don't try to deliver, don't call or text to inform they're at your door, nothing! I thought it was just me, but all these bad reviews just made me realize how bad they are as a logistic company. I've sent a complaint to all companies that have "delivered" my parcels through them urging to never ever use UPS anymore.
Really disapointed with this service. Expected delivery 5 days ago and now parcel is no longer out for delivery, it has been updated to "on the way", with no estimated delivery time. I have rang so many times ive lost count, reached boiling point today. Rang AGAIN and was told my parcel was 100% in swords and that a time would be arranged for me to collect it. I decided to visit the swords depot myself to try speak to depot manager. Checked opening times and directions on google and arrived to see sign stating they had permanently moved premises. Eventually got into the Business Park and the offices were empty. Was lied to numerous times and repeatedly told i would receive a call from depot within an hour with an update and that my case was marked urgent, on none of these occassions did i get a call. Eventually received a call to say my package was on a van and would be delivered yesterday, still no sign and im not holding my breath. I have learned today, that the parcel was stolen/lost and an investigation has been opened. AVOID using UPS at all costs, its an absolute nightmare and the worst experience i have ever had to endure with any courier. The customer service is a disgrace, theyre programmed like robots to repeat the same thing over and over and constantly lie, they dont care at all. They owe me a parcel, and a star!
Poor service, after paying 98 euro for my parcel I'm still waiting for delivery. it's 3 days I'm getting email notifying about delivery within the day and I didn't get the parcel yet.I'm calling the customer service and they are just lying and not giving updates.Avoid UPS!The parcel arrived in Dublin on Friday, it's Wednesday and still not delivered, what are you guys doing?
Poor Service---------Poor Service----------Poor Service.UPS has really pathetic customer service. They have liars sitting in their customer care centre who don't even know the basic info about parcel status. My parcel was not delivered, so i called up customer care no. +353 1 52 45446, they asked me to collect it from Unit 5 of Finglas ups centre. When visited there, the counter guy said its delivered yesterday and the status showing that I the recipient have received it. Now not sure where they delivered it and who received it. Just emailed them now to confirm about the parcel as people attending phone call on +353 1 52 45446 are not reliable.
Absolutely useless. Package was delayed with no reason given. Only because I rang them that they said they would do something but it will be another 2/3 working days. Companies should be made display who they deliver with cause I have constant issues with this crowd.
Worst of worst delivery service in Ireland. Give no updates about time of arrival. Missed the package once. Second time waited at window hours to hunt the delivery. The driver came walked upto to the door and one soft knock at door took only 2 seconds and turned back and walked. By the time we opened the door he already started his van to go. Stupid service.
UPS failed to collect friday 20 1 23 as scheduled. tomtom organised the collection. One of the irish fone numbers listed is actually DISCONNECTED. The other one eventually connected me to the uk who couldnt understand why I was talking to them. The uk cannot access the irish ups system so they couldnt help. Tomtom cant help. I dont have a customer account number. I have emailed them numerous times and recieved no reply.I deal with a lot of parcel companies but this is the WORST by light years. They are completely invisible in this universe and they obviously do not care.....
There was an error with my delivery today in Galway. I rang customer service who told me I would get a call back from the local depot within an hour. Within 20 minutes, both the depot and the driver had called me and resolved the issue. I was surprised by how efficient and effective the procedure was. Many thanks.
