The day after my delivery was supposed to arrive, I received an email saying my email address was incomplete. When I made my purchase my address was completed in full including eircode.Once my delivery arrived in ireland, it took two days for UPS to email me to say there was an issue.There is nowhere to update the address online, and it is not clear what they are going to do.I had to ring them to get my address completed in full and no my package will not be delivered for another 5 days!What were UPS going to do if I did not contact them?Rubbish!They were late anyway and are trying to place the blame elsewhere.

I have parcels from PM that were supposed to be delivered by 4pm today. That time has passed and the status still won't change. The estimated delivery time window still says 12-4 and the items aren't even out for delivery. Are they going to go back in time to deliver my stuff? It's mentally exhausting to wait for packages without knowing if you will ever get it.
Slow, got lost missed estimated delivery date and to top it all the driver drove across the grass at the end of the drive leaving a rutted muddy scar across it that will take a lot of work to fix. I occasionally get massive trucks delivering stuff outside the house and even they don't make as much mess.
If I could give it a 0 I would. There are no words for my experience. Placed an order for an external CD writer on a Thursday. Received an email on the Monday to say item had been shipped and provided tracking information. The tracking wouldn’t work. Checked tracking again today to find the item had infact being “delivered” on the Saturday when we were out and signed for by some imaginary person. No slip was left to say they had been. When I checked the doorbell camera I saw the delivery driver go to our side gate with the parcel and come back without it. I went out and checked and found he had thrown it over the high gate onto concrete and we weren’t aware of it sitting outside on this weather for the last 3 nights as we don’t use that gate very often. I specifically put on the delivery note to drop it in to the neighbours if we were out. Now the item doesn’t work. Again no words for the absolute stupidity and laziness of the driver!!!!
So wrong on every level! My son posted a parcel from Birmingham using Parcel2go. They must have used 3rd party to get it delivered to Rep.of Ireland. Parcel was delivered alright but it was tampered with and MK handbag was missing! Original packing tape was brown but it was opened and resealed with a clear one? CK clothings were there but the MK bag was packed together with some biscuits. MK bag were taken and someone dishonest put the biscuits among the clothings!! Trying to get through UPS was a nightmare. Their website was NOT user friendly at all. You have to go around the mulberry bush so to speak! Nobody wants to own up but it's their street cred at stake here as we expected our stuff to arrive safely and in one piece? I have always used DPD and DHL, no issues whatsoever and very trustworthy and dependent. Hard lesson learned with UPS for sure!
After a very long wait for delivery of package my package was dumped inside my gate in the snow without any notification of delivery. Clearly a ring of a doorbell or a text message is far too much to expect of these people! When I found the package the cardboard has disintegrated in the snow and the content was wet. I am currently awaiting delivery of another item for them -this time the package (which was given a 5 day delivery timeframe by vendor) came from France to Dublin in three days but has been sitting in UPS depot in Finglas for the past 4 days with no tracking update. When I phoned the company to enquire about delivery I was advised firstly that there were delays on euro tunnel and then that customs sometimes cause delays. I had to explain to the customer service person that the tracking advised that the package was in their dublin depot and I was then advised that hazardous weather conditions were causing delay (although weather conditions are perfectly fine at present!) Apparently the tracking will be updated when they get round to removing my parcel from "the long truck" 🥴 Very poorly managed company that provides a very poor service through careless/incompetent staff.
I thought other companies are disaster but ups is actually the worst I ever came across!!!Its not only one time experience- every time when it's delivered by ups there is a problem like package going to different side of Ireland, they not delivering on the day they said they will, drivers call you and ask you to collect package from them ( whenever they are at the moment) . Joke!
AVOID AVOID these Scammer courier company , I was expecting parcel they call me to pay duty/custom €90 , total value of parcel was €60 and want me to pay €90 custom only which i paid and then they hold my parcel after taking money , kept asking me for proof of purchase and proof of payment, its used clothes i give so many explanation , they dont want to listen anything , parcel still detained its been 17 Days Pls pls Dont use this serive DHL AND FEDEX highly recommended
