These are ignorant thieving obnoxious condescending useless rats and I look forward to them going out of business. LIterally the singular worst customer experience I have ever had the displeasure to encounter, with two out of two packages going completely AWOL and absolutely nobody willing to help. It's an actual disgrace. Parcel Motel used to be great. What the hell is going on there.
Worst company ever lads swear to god! Never ring before delivery, no replies to emails, no number to ring and the email bot keeps sending spam messages EVERY day about the failed delivery! You are a joke of a company. Cop on and do your job you wasters...
Terrible service. Package never arrived after speaking with 3 agents on the virtual customer service support I realised I would not be getting any additional information on the arrival/transit of my package. Charged an extra 80 euro at the door for VAT when ordering from the UK to Ireland. Still no delivery attempted. Avoid at all costs.
UPS/Parcel Motel Disappeared parcel. Now we know why!!I am waiting on a parcel which Amazon delivered on Jan 04th to Parcel Motel/UPS Finglas. I also received a txt saying I had "insufficient funds" when in fact I did. Many others did also seemingly. No message to say they received the package from Amazon.Tried contacting Parcel Motel. No chance.Now we know why! They are closing. Staff don't care, parcels disappearing.We should all go to the Finglas depot or UPS building and demonstrate.I intend to get legal advice.
3rd of January i was to receive my parcel i had paid $200 for postage and handling .I received a massage of Amazon stating that UPS had attempted to deliver the parcel and they would try again later that day . Despite the fact i was home all day UPS said that there was no one here to receive it ... now this is were the lies begin i rang UPS costumer care line they promised it would be there by 8pm that even . Needless to say it didnt arrive .i rang the next morning they promised it would be with me by 7pm that even and i should be around to recieve the package so i took the day off ..it didnt arrive so i rang again got talking to a girl by the name of michelle she reassured me my package will be with me the next day it didnt arrive id been promised 3 more time by 2 more ups employees and a manager by the name of micheal he was very ignorant it the 6th now still no parcel and there still lieing even tho ive cot them out so many times there first excuse was i didnt have the air code on package but yet they could make an attempt at delivery on first day then they said my import dutys wasnt paid but yet this can be paid to the delivery driver .i fed up with UPS. Ive missed 3 days work now and still no package there customer care has to be the worst in the world they have no consideration whats so ever
Extortionate practices and appalling customer service! If there was an option to give you zero stars I would go for that as I think you don't even deserve one star.I ordered a pair of leather gloves from UK and was informed by the sender that I would have to pay import duties and I agreed to that. When the gloves arrived, I was informed by UPS that I need to pay a fee which was much higher that the 23% VAT so I asked them for a detailed breakdown of the cost. After several convoluted emails, I finally received a breakdown which included the 23% VAT plus EUR18.45 which they call the UPS Charge (see image attached). I never agreed to paying this fee and was never informed about in advance. I hope you get sued for this one day as it is clearly a malpractice. Together with the VAT and the shipping fee which I already paid the total cost was more than the item was worth.I refused the delivery and asked UPS to return the item to the sender. This was at the start of January. It is now almost end of March and the sender has never received the package and I had to open a 'lost parcel case' as they cannot find the package themselves! I will never use UPS again.
