The service is bad

UPS IRELAND. The service is bad. You pay for delivery and end up going back and forth to the facility trying to catch you’re package. The drivers are to lazy to contact you about the delivery. And the management is not doing something to discipline the lazy drivers. Imagine paying for delivery, the hustle, time, and extra cost of gas going back to the facilty. No one cares about the customers feelings in UPS.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. If you can find an alternative courier, I would advise to use them instead, or get your item elsewhere. It's not the 1st time UPS does an awful job. Every step of the customer journey was bad, starting from driver reaching out to me from their whatsapp (not business Whatsapp but and private number)and me not knowing if it's scam or real ending with their customer service, that is time dragging and energy dragging. I'm dealing with it for a 2nd week now, and they decided to shift all responsibility for their incompetence and sloppy service to a shipper. When UPS has received the package that was sent to me, they have weighted it inaccurately and put the label on it with 5kg instead of 500g, which caused in extra customs of 43 euro on top of what I have paid. When package has arrived, the plant that I have ordered was all in bits and soil was coming out of the box, although the box had instructions on it that it's fragile and that it should be kept in a certain position. Now, I'm being sent from one person to another and needing to log cases again, although I submitted all information in the 1st place.

Useless Pathetic Service

Customer service a joke. Got transferred from 1 to another to another. Website is like a scam website. Clicked on 7kg then they tried to charge me for 70kg. Every time I went back to change it back to 7 it would change back to 70 when I moved onto payment. All in a UPS stands for Useless Pathetic Service.

Most Unreliable Delivery Service

This company is so bad. They lie they attempted delivery when in fact they don’t even pull up to your house. The advisors on the phone get the headache of a bad runner business. On top of that you’re being charged for the delivery and they still don’t make the deliver. Updates just stopped on the tracking information. Disgusting service

They don't care!

I just saw from my window one of UPS incompetent idi0ts throwing my parcel over 2m high gate straight onto the rock hard, muddy/snowy concrete driveway. I ordered a bloody laptop and it says on a packet that it does require a signature from me! He didn't even bother to ring the bell which is literally next to the gate! Honestly, what's wrong with UPS in Ireland?! Useless, absolutely useless!

See my communication with your customer service all info is there. I am still waiting for delivery. I thought your job was to deliver packages. 0 attemts to deliver have been made in the last two weeks. This is clearly unacceptable! The tracking info is wrong!

I just stay well clear of online companies that use them now!

Over a full week went by without the package even going onto a Van for delivery. Just held over for 'operational reasons' or some other excuses. Customer care is of no use/no help. This has happened multiple times with different deliveries over the years. Poor doesn't even begin to describe them. NO ownership or responsibility ever displayed.

Slowest delivery company ever

Slowest delivery company ever. I hate seeing when one of my packages is being delivered by UPS. I’ve had a package stuck in Dublin for 2 weeks and it’s just throwing me delivery dates but it hasn’t moved and don’t know if it will move before Christmas. It’s always so slow. Anytime of the year. Horrific

I ordered from amazon and paid import…

I ordered from amazon and paid import duties on my item. When ups arrived they were looking for €90 more in import charges. I won't pay so now the parcel is gone back to customs. They then lied in the cork depot saying they tried to deliver my item on 2 other days which I was at home all day. They did not try to deliver my item. Fxxking liars. Nearly a month has passed and still no parcel. If I could give -5 stars to ups I would . There are a shower of cxxnts
