The UPS standard service has improved…

The UPS standard service has improved since my last review. My previous issue related more so to their website as I had to create a new account when my previous account wasn’t migrated over due to changes on their website. Their tracking service is ok but could be more accurate with hourly updated notifications on the day of delivery. I look forward to a slightly faster standard service in the future.

My note is 0!!!!

My note is 0!!!!! My package was left on the staircase in the place where everybody has access. The item in the parcel is worth over 300€!!!! No phone call, no update on the website!!!!! This situation and behaviour is unacceptable!!!!!

7 days late and no update

Waiting for a delivery since last Wednesday. 7 days later and 2 calls to their customer service and they keep telling me that will be delivered the next business day, of which year? Horrible service.

Horrible delivery

Horrible delivery. Waited the whole day to receive my parcel since we needed a signature and in the end the tracking said failed?? The driver didn’t call me cause their policy doesn’t allow them to carry a phone. But how are they supposed to meet me when I stay in a private apartment and how do they even update tracking if they have no phone. Makes no sense. Told us depot would call us back but no one called back. Promised us it will be delievered by the end of the day but they changed delivery too. Horrible experience never again.

Worst of worst! THE DRIVER CAN'T CALL YOU IN 2022. They only gently knock the door.....so they missed you even you are in the house WFH probably with handset on so you can't hear their knocking...... Worst!

Anybody have a contact for their depot…

Anybody have a contact for their depot in Finglas, I am waiting on a delivery since last Wednesday, I keep getting fobbed off, they insist they tried to deliver but nobody was home, they have not as I have stayed put, I phone every day for updates and keep getting different responses, their Customer Care is not based in Ireland so they havent a clue.

Disaster!!!!

Disaster!!!!My packaging was meant to be delivered on 24 th November got message saying that custom charges need to be paid so paid them through there website on 22nd November got confirmation email with receipt and invoice no of a payment. It was not delivered on 24th was moved to be delivered on 25th and that was on there end. On 25th didn’t receive it tracking was updated that tracking info will be provided as soon as possible then was saying that tracking info is not available so rang them yesterday on 1st December customer assistant said will be all sorted through depot and they give me a call to know when it will be delivered. Never got a call back and on 2nd December got a message with a payment request to clear customs and a phone no. Rang them on a phone no provided explained that all is paid and have email from them with proof off payment they said i need to ring other no to get that sorted because driver should bring delivery today and if I won’t pay not getting my delivery and i said i have a proof of payment said can’t help with that gave me other no to ring so i rang on to the no provided explained the situation again and said invoice no and a receipt i have can’t sort this problem and told me to ring a number i was ringing in a first place so i rang them again explained again same thing and what i was told they said receipt and invoice no is not gonna sort out this issue and i have to send email with proof of payment that they would give me reference no of payment and then ring them back with that and then they will give contact details to driver to prove that it’s paid. Spend more then an hour on a phone being forwarded between two phone no with no problem sorted provided them tracking no , payments invoice no and they still can’t sort a problem even tho payment was made through there website in November and confirmation email was sent and package originally meant to be delivered on 24th

Unbelievable crap service can't be trusted

What a crap service! I ordered pictures online was meant to have my first delivery Tuesday. It said out for delivery. I rang ups offices at 6.15 pm was fobbed off and told deliveries can turn up anytime up to 7 and it will come. No show. Rang the ups office next day, was told by a arrogant guy it was never on the system as out for delivery. I wasn't taking his crap and lies and told him so. My parcel turned up the next door. Thrown at the door, I signed for nothing. My next delivery was due today, they delivered my parcel to a guy name mike in clonakilty even though my name is Margaret. Big difference between a girl MARGARET and a guy Mike. They throw people parcels anywhere with signing. I rang ups told them I wanted my parcel today and now as the delivery was pictures of my family. How stupid can your drivers be, that's what eircode are for. But couldn't give a dam. You are the worse service ever worse than fastway or dpd. Ye don't care about people's stuff once ye get your money. I feel my privacy is envaded with my family pictures be nosed at. Ye call yourself a business. A 2 year old do a better job. I feel terrible for my baby as they were pictures of him. I do not recommend ups please don't use crap service . A piety there was a zero because ye don't deserve 1.
