Absolutely awful, avoid

Absolutely awful. I don't understand why they exist, they can't deliver packages and are completely unreachable. They HAVE to be a money laundering racket, it's the only thing that makes sense. I will never order from a company if I know they use Useless Poxy S***heads as their courier.

Absolutely useless, charging for express delivery, and it takes 4days for delivery, an post is faster, never again UPS

A joke of a company

Sitting here trying to find the words to describe UPS and I can't because the English words are not strong enough to describe this pathetic 'courier service' .Simply then , they are awful .I sent 4 packages last August . 2 were smashed and 2 lost ( eventually found 4 weeks later)For the damaged parcels they claimed I didn't package them correctly . Oh yes I did, as I always have with extra padding . You can see that there was a blunt impact on one side of the damaged packages. Even my customer witnessed them being pulled out from under a ton of other parcels in the UPS van .Not only did they 'pass the book' on the damages they also charged me for putting down the incorrect size . My sizes were out by 2 cm on one side and 9cm on the long side which was 30 inches in total . They also charged me an 'audit fee'and for their finale they sent the damaged frames back to me duplicating all their fines, penalty fees audit fees and surcharges. Amounted to about €200 .Needless to say I have been emailing and emailing and phoning and emailing but no response. Eventually I went on twitter and publicly described these events . This made them reply ok but they are just bog standard replies and each time its by a different person.Unfortunately I had left my credit card details on my account with UPS and they just helped themselves . So my advice for you going forward is to remove all details of your account from them ( thats if you really want to continue using their service) because as soon as something goes wrong they will rob you in cold daylight.I haven't let up on recovering these charges and I will continue to send public tweets until they refund me.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. I had a package delivered to parcel motel but missed the 48hr timeslot to collect. Package was then returned to depot and seems to have gone missing instead of being redelivered to the parcel motel. Emails to customer support not being answered , impossible to get any answers

UPS money making wracket

UPS money making wracket. Ordered runners for my son on UK website Laced and got fleeced in import taxes and duty. UPS would have been aware prior to shipping from UK of fees and sneakily hide this important information in fine print. Avoid buying from UK. Even after having rung UPS on numerous occasions either to be hung up on or to never receive a reply the whole experience from start to finish was a disaster.

Horrendous level of incompetence

My twin daughters both ordered charms from Thomas Sabo as presents for each other but separately from one another . One parcel was delivered but the other was marked as delivered but it to No 20 . ( we live at 18) . Basically was told my Thomas Sabo and UPS its up to you to go get this parcel (which we were told they didnt have i don't know the occupants and unfortunately not everyone is honest) . Why the driver delivered to two different houses i literally cannot explain and our claim was denied by Thomas sabo for what was also a fault of UPS

Disgraceful

Had number of shipment with UPS, every time needed to email them to ask for invoices, takes number of months and lots of emails and phone calls. absolutely disgraceful

Got a text to say driver attempted…

Got a text to say driver attempted delivery and i missed it so i needed to go to a parcel motel to collect .. i called to say i was home all day and customer care insisted i missed the delivery . I then told them i had a ring doorbell and cameras and then all of a sudden they said they would re deliver . Drivers and customer service lie and want you to drive to collect parcels they are not bothered to deliver .

Totally unreliable company

We recently sent two prepaid packages via UPS. We didn’t choose the company. Our supplier LetsGetChecked selected them, prepaid the carriage and provided preprinted envelopes. Despite all this, UPS failed to pick up our packages as scheduled, eventually managed to deliver one of the packages and refused to deliver the other (which is identical) as they say it has an unsuitable tariff. How? Their customer service is pathetic too. The follow up to my complaint has been dreadful. Never use this company if you want something delivered! Totally unreliable.

UPS waste of time and money

UPS waste of time and money. 5 days delivery promised. 14 days later and still no delivery. No apologies from UPS. No answers from UPS. UPS = headaches and money wasting... Use the post service, it is quicker and cheaper
