Bunch of incompetent clowns

Bunch of incompetent clowns, no customer service, driver threw package in front of my place without me knowing, he should never have left it there since I wasn't there, they don't answer the phone they mess you around saying they can't help, now my package is gone and ups won't help nor take any responsibility, KEEP away from these jokers, it's worth it to pay extra with the post office.UPS owns parcel motel now and ups is worst, keep clear from this inept company, they offered no help and won't answer calls or emails, they do NOT care about their customers, don't trust them!

UPS another delivery firm who takes on…

UPS another delivery firm who takes on business without the intention to complete it, every time UPS are supposed to deliver something it goes wrong and it up to me to try and sort it out which isn’t easy because you can’t phone them and talk to someone, which leaves the only other option and contact the seller, I really enjoy having my time wasted and taking half a day off work for a 14:00 delivery only to track it and at 14:00 get told it’s delay which no idea of a new delivery time or date

Delivery Monday couldn't deliver…

Delivery Monday couldn't deliver extreme weather conditions, not in this country???? Then Tursday needed security access, I wish I could afford a nice security gate so I didn't have to get in and out if the car to open it. Obviously UPS delivery guy didn't want to get out and open it either. Package eventually delivered after several calls to Converse and UPS at least one lady did call me to advise parcel would be with me today and could ask delivery guy what happened. He advised that he wasn't working those days, couldn't make it up. Similar experience previously told lady that called of previous experience abs she said that guy has since been fired too many complaints. They might need to rethink current guy also. Awful delivery company. Will rethink ordering in future from companies that use UPS gives you a bad overall experience pity the companies that use UPS don't realise this or care I guess.

Ken who does the Waterford Dungarvan route is a credit to UPS. Always on time, considerate and accommodating. Being a driver for a courier is not easy, people don't understand the logistics of it so they get a lot of bad press.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, first of all, they never call you 😡😡. When people order things, we provide our phone number so we can be contacted in relation to its delivery 📦 it’s a joke, apparently they don’t have a way to contact their driver, plus I keep getting notifications saying access code required, there is no access code, why can’t they just call you 😡😡 I will be looking to avoid their delivery service going forward.

I am absolutely DISGUSTED with their customer service. I was on the phone for a whole hour trying to get clarification on my VAT bill. I was transferred SEVEN times. The last person kept telling me the invoice number was invalid and was extremely unhelpful. Could not transfer me to a supervisor as there was no one in?!?! AS IF! I cannot begin to tell you how infuriated I am at their service. Not one apology - just kept telling me the number isnt on the system and putting me on hold. If i could give zero stars I would. I was told someone would ring me back - and surprisingly THEY DIDNT. I hate this company.

I am begging Amazon to re-evaluate…

I am begging Amazon to re-evaluate their relationship with this clown car branch of an otherwise very high performing company. They are brilliant in Germany, US and Canada. My Amazon delivery took a total of 14 minutes from the time it arrived at the final sort depot until they declared it a "sorting error" and delayed the delivery over the weekend. If they would only just hand their packages to An Post.

If I could give 0 star to this company…

If I could give 0 star to this company it would be not hesitation. The worse of all. They also have hiding fees = dishonest company. apart from that my item was broke and the insurance didn't come in full they discounted like 25% of the insurance and still I have to pay hiding fees an and more extra money for the hassle.. if you want peace of mind stay well away from these crowd... such rats.. yes I just said rats... Still after all of the damage they caused to my item I requested to start a complaint and they did not do it... stay away..
